Complete scam, ordered a present for my son for Christmas. Never received the order and the company won't reply to emails.

I ordered this for my grandson. It was delivered in New York State so I let them know that it went to the wrong address. It was December 12th. Now it is a few weeks later and still no communication from the merchant. There is no way to contact them so I told them I need a refund or a new item. Nothing from them. I had to cancel my card and dispute it because they will not respond. This is a scam and they will steal your money and if you open up their webpage the browser lets you know they are trying to steal your personal information. Never do business with this company! My next call is to the BBB to report them for fraud. I’m also calling the police to make a police report to catch these scammers. Run don’t walk away from this company that is trying to steal your money and information!!!!!!!

Scam, parcel not turned up and unable to track it. No reply from company

SCAM. Ordered in November. Got a tracking number for Royal Mail but Royal Mail haven't received the package, the website is now inaccessible and the email address is unreachable.

SCAM - wish I had checked on here before ordering. Took the money, game did not arrive and unable to contact them.

Tried emailing the email address that was sent with my order confirmation but the mailbox does not exsist

SCAM do NOT ORDER from them SCAMMERS take your money then can’t get hold of them by any means.

This is a scam, they take your money and don't send anything.
When I contacted them on Instagram they said they had carefully checked their system for my name and email address and I must have been scammed by someone pretending to be them. Except I never gave them my name or email address.
Also when I made the 'purchase' the price was £25, it's now listed at £77!! Scamming people just before Christmas is gross behaviour

Ordered when saw advertised through Facebook. It's not a legitimate company. Unfortunately didn't do any research before ordering. Won't make that mistake again

Ordered 12th nov, Several emails sent. No response. SCAM !!! Do not buy

Took my money, promise of delivery within 10 working days, website not available, email address bouncing back. SCAM! I will be reporting.
Scumbags!

I placed an order on the 15th November 2025, I chased the order and was told to wait 10 working days, I did so and then was ignored a further 3 times of communicating. It has now been 25 days since I ordered and no sign of the order arriving, no response to my multiple emails. Unfortunately I do not feel the company is legitimate and I feel I have been scammed.

Takes money and then doesn’t send . Website isn’t even available. SCAM DO NOT BUY
