The tutoring I've received has been a great help, my tutor has been making complex topics easier for me to understand, and is able to slow down when needed. Best part is I received great help with the cheap registration fee and tutoring fee I was given👌🏾.

Found The Proffs underdelivered
Found The Proffs underdelivered, with the service not matching the expectations they set out before getting me to sign on. When I first showed interest, I received multiple follow-up calls, reassuring me that they could provide the support I required. Once I finally agreed and they got me to pay the registration fee to be able to even have an introduction call with the tutor, it was underwhelming. I had my first intro meeting, and the tutor (Zaneta), who was 'highly rated' appeared to be on the same page as me. When I then had my first paid lesson, she did nothing but read through the coursework question with me, providing me with zero insight but simply telling me to go off and research and clarify things she was unsure about. This was not worth 84£ and I decided not to continue as I was better off working on my own instead of paying for meaningless guidance. Therefore, I do not recommend this service. If you need support, find someone you know, meet them in person and it will for sure be more effective. Very dishonest company overall.

From what I can see, they acted promptly and transparently — arranging a full refund of our service fee, and supporting the 50% refund Zaneta provided. They also made efforts to find you an alternative tutor, though unfortunately, Competition Law tutors are in limited supply, and we regret we couldn’t re-match you.
While Zaneta is one of our most highly rated tutors, we understand that not every student-tutor pairing will be the right fit. She would have welcomed feedback and been happy to adjust her teaching approach to better meet your needs.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve helped thousands of students, and last year 95% of our university students achieved a higher grade than they originally aimed for. We remain confident in the quality of our support and would be more than happy to assist you again in the future should your needs change.

This included help in choosing the right universities for my career goals in management consulting, CV building, reference drafting with my professors, refining my knowledge of the subject so that I could write the best essays possible and interview training.
