I’ve received the order but was very disappointed and soon wanted to return and get the refund as it said in policy. Emailed them multiple times and no response.

AVOID!!! Waited months for a refund as I didn’t receive the product and ended up making a claim through my bank as they wouldn’t refund. Even though my tracking literally shown that it wasn’t delivered and stuck somewhere. They tried their best to dispute it but they’re literal scammers 🤣 got my money back in the end. Absolutely avoid this place, oil probably doesn’t even work and they keep deleting my comments off their TikTok videos :)

I bought the 2-pack at thepurcstore and it got delivered after 6 days. I'm using it for 2 months now and almost all my bald spots are gone!
I will keep using this oil to hopefully see even more hair growing back.
