Requested a return five days ago and it still hasn't been accepted. The item is sized very badly and no good to me and I want to return it but am being ignored. Not good service at all

Competitively priced, genuine F1 merchandise. I ordered a limited edition Ferrai cap for my son that arrived promptly using DPD so I knew when to expect it. Will definitely use this website again. Thank you!
