ORD49832 no update no delivery

ORD49832
I placed an order worth €150 about a week ago, but I have not received any shipment notification or update since then. Your website indicated that next-day delivery was available, which is why I placed the order.
I have sent several inquiry emails regarding the status of my order, but unfortunately I have not received any response. In addition, there is no option on the website to request a refund or cancel the order.

At this point, I urgently need a solution. Please provide an immediate update on my order and either arrange expedited shipment or process a refund as soon as possible.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online - hat was good, however, the polo XL was like a XXXL. So I wanted to exchange it for another size. For some reason, on the website, my order number was not recognizable, so I sent an email to inquire about it - never received a response. So then I went about returning it with the post office, and sent it to the return address listed on their website. A month later, I message them to inquire on my refund, and they respond saying they having received my parcel. Then a week later, I receive the parcel back to my place without an explanation. So I message them, telling them that I received it back and if they could send me a return label. Guess what… no response. Do not order online! Probably better going in store.
