Had a graduation dinner here had the 100 pounds sharing steak was more fat than steak chips were frozen dipped in fat absolutely unbeatable a disgrace service was lovely just a shame the food didn't match the decor

Really disappointed with the service, especially given it was a birthday celebration. From the start, things felt unorganised and poorly handled.
The birthday boy didn’t even have a proper seat when we arrived. That alone was frustrating and set a bad tone for the evening. We expected at least basic accommodation for such an occasion.
Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful or understanding. There was little effort to fix the issue or make us feel welcome.
It felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience. A simple apology or a quick solution would have made a big difference. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not suitable for a special celebration.

We had a fantastic experience for my Fiancé's 30th Birthday at the Leeds restaurant. We were a large group of 18 people, offered a private dining room and accommodations made for our three young children. Simon liaised with us to ensure everything was prepared as we wanted and our dedicated server Alisha was lovely. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and looked after us all with a huge smile the whole evening. Everyone enjoyed their meals, most opted for steaks, but the Miso Cod, Pork Chops and Venison were all equally delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning in the near future.

We visited Chester Opera Grill on New Years Eve for food and drinks. The food was amazing, couldn’t fault it. Our waitress Ella was so attentive, despite how busy it was she was always over asking if we needed more drinks etc. She was amazing! Definitely be back for another visit soon!

Great food ,Great atmosphere and great service .Despite it being a very busy service we were well looked after and had a lovely evening .I had the Chilli squid followed by Tuna steak and both were delicious !

Everyone I have been to is always great, especially Liverpool and Manchester. Best steak around!

The Leeds Bar & Grill was a favourite eating place for many years.
A lunch meal this weekend with their new menu was very disappointing whilst their service was good.
Poor quality and expensive monk fish with pancetta.
The little fish presented was dry and diced into small pieces, the pancetta still contained bone and the sauce was flavourless.
We were left with the belief the restaurant is being dominated by accountants as opposed to quality food.
Competition is high and plentiful so we won’t be rushing back soon, if at all.

Unfortunately I was served by a waitress called Lena at Leeds. Who seemed to think it was ok to serve my wife with a drink containing a brown piece of lime. At the end of the meal she then gave us the wrong bill and over charged us by £128. She refused to apologise for her mistake, and even told me I had made the mistake! Totally baffled! Did not expect to be treated this way. Needless to say I won’t be going back! I've had better service at a fast food outlet.

Terrible food.
One family member got food poisoning from the "hot" curry they served, which was not spicy at all.
Staff were nice enough but we got a voucher because it was a family members birthday which was to have £20 off but then the waitress argued that it was an old version and we don't get that.
The place is stunning which is the only reason it is 2*.
Would not recommend.

I had my birthday meal here and the atmosphere and food was lovely, the staff couldn't have been nicer, I would highly recommend here for a special meal.
