Why doesn't "The restaurant supply store" care?

This rating is related to their Avantco SS-1F-HC 29" freezer. It's been 9 day's since I called their service dept., and was told they would have someone call me right back, as I haven't heard back from "The Restaurant store" to scheduled repair for my Avantco freezer. My question to you as a consumer, would you consider this acceptable? I called their service department on 2/23 and expressed my distress that my freezer is still not repaired. Received a call on 2/23 that I was scheduled for warranty repair on 2/24 @ 9:30am. I received a call from warranty dept. @ 9:30 and was told the service tech. was "on call" last night and would not be available for my warranty repair as scheduled, but would be at 10:00am to 11:00 am. and was that "Okay?" I Stated I don't have a choice and accepted the later appointment, but feel there is "Total disregard" for my dilemma.

Bought a Avantco SS-1F-HC 29" freezer and it's junk. It died 9 months after delivery and I was sent an e-mail that the service call could take up to two weeks. Is that good service in anybody's eye's, no. I implore you as a business consumer not to buy Avantco appliances. I had an Avantco toaster...died, an a Avantco induction hot plate, died, so be aware of what your buying.

They sell name brand appliances that are worth the extra money in comparison, but then again so do most of the restaurant suppliers. Read the reviews on warranty work before you jump at saving a few dollars
Let me be clear that I buy thousands of dollars in supplies from them annually and in that respect their are great. Good service, good people, it's the Avantco electric appliances and related warranty service that's terrible.
