Love the ribbon room! It's my first go to when buying ribbon, it's very good value, they are extremely efficient and have lots of choices.

I had a great experience with The Ribbon Room. The gentleman that I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. The delivery was next day and the quality of the product for the price is unbelievable. I will be back!

Not quite sure how this guys still in business, we ordered ribbon a while back for a wedding and had to email them as the ribbon wasn’t matching the description . The man is very rude, and has no idea how to give you good customer service. I’m sure he must be autistic (my 2 kids are) he doesn’t seem to have a filter and comes off extremely unpleasant and no idea of how to deal with people. There are plenty other places you can purchase ribbon, give this one a miss!

Fast delivery. Bought 7 different ribbons and delighted with each one. Definitely recommend.
P.S. Granddaughters were very impressed with the ribbons used to wrap their Christmas presents and wanted details so they could do the same next Christmas..

I ordered 1,600 metres of 25mm satin ribbon in 20 different colours at around 3pm on Monday and it arrived promptly on the following day. Also after extensive research they were the best priced UK supply I could find. So well priced and quick turnaround. Thank You!

The ribbon is lovely, easy to work with, only thing is the postage cost more than the ribbon. So I would advise those who order to order a medium to large amount. That way the postage hike will not seem so bad.

Huge selection of ribbons. Had exactly what I wanted but also had an amazing range of colours, so I bought extra to stock up on!

Expensive delivery cost but good quality product and quick efficient service

This was my first time ordering from The Ribbon Room. When my parcel arrived it had been damaged in transit, and one spool of ribbon was missing. I sent an email explaining this and The Ribbon Room posted a replacement out to me on the same day.

This was my first time of ordering from The Ribbon Room and I admit I was somewhat apprehensive about doing so. I have previously fallen victim to a scam website which claimed to be UK based and didn't want this to happen again. I had never heard of The Ribbon Room and only came across them after doing a Google search for double sided satin ribbon. After toying with the idea of whether or not to order, I decided to go for it and I am sooooo pleased I did. The ribbon is great quality and very competitively priced and there are so many colours, widths etc. I was kept updated with the status of my order which arrived safe and secure within a few days. Thank-you The Ribbon Room. I will definitely order again when I need more supplies and I have already told my friends about the site at a local Hobbies Group that I attend. To anybody unsure about doing business with The Ribbon Room, I say go for it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I had never ordered from The Ribbon Room before and was looking for lots of different coloured ribbons to wrap presents with. The site has SO many different colours, fabrics and length/width sizes i ended up getting 7 rolls of up to 25 meter ribbon for such an affordable price!! my new go to for all ribbon and have recommended to all my fancy wrapping friends!!!

I’ve used the ribbon room a numerous occasions for a few years now and they have never failed to give a great response if I emailed and have always sent out my order promptly. Great little business would always highly recommend.

I just wanted a small amount of ribbons and this company appeared to fit the requirement. The delivery time was prompt and the goods were exactly what I had asked for at a very competitive price.
