5-Stars! Best customer service experience I've had in years.

I am super happy with Thermalright! I reached out to see if I could mount my very old Silver Arrow cooler to a new AM5 CPU. Their support team (Andrea) was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and very fair. They shipped me the necessary mounting kit from halfway across the world for a very low price. The package arrived safely and faster than expected. If you are looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and supports its products long-term, look no further. Highly recommended!

No customers support at all

Thermalright customers service is useless. It's just there to waste your time until you give up and move on.
No spare parts provided or even sold, for products that are still under warranty.

The termal paste provided with the CPU cooler dries up and becomes unefficient after only a few weeks.

Some of their competitors like Noctua are a bit more expensive but you can actually use their products for a long time.
Thermalright products are just disposable, planned obsolescence junk.

Great Products ESP for the Price!

I've been buying Thermanright products since they came out with a pressure plate for the 12rh Gen Intel boards and CPUs. (Z690). I build PCs for a big part of my job and have sold many PCs using their pressure plates to drop temperatures on Intel CPUs to a maintainable level, especially the high end ones. I've bought 14 of them! I also recently bought an AIO 360MM cooler (white) that the fans might be ok on but it's all white with some RGB and a screen on the visible outside of the pump, looks great! I got this cooler brand new for so much less than I'd have expected, and it cools my power hungry i9 on top of a Thermalright Pressure plate! Considering I'm using a Apex z790 encore / 13900k and all top end hardware including an ROG Astral 5080 and I trust this companies products says a lot! I don't know how they have any bad reviews unless others just hating on the fact they are on point!!
All the way recommend their products to my friends family and customers..

Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE FAN POOR QUALITY/BAD

I bought in Feb/2025 (amazon.es) a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE.
After 1-2 months using normally (does not use heavy applications or long hours). Both fans start to leak lubricantm, mess the motherboard and graphic card. I was luck that I could see in time. I have clean it.
Try to contact the support team but nobody reply.
Email send on Feb/2025 and till today May/2025 no reply.
I do not recommend this chinese companies because there is no warranty or support after you paid.

no customer service

I have emailed this company for weeks about a problem with one of their coolers.
Cannot get any response at all from customer service.
As a good customer after being totally ignored about trying to buy a spare part directly from them I would advise anyone considering a purchase from them to steer clear. Noctua provide support , Arctic etc Thermalright most clearly do not. Avoid like the plague and learn from my very expensive mistake.
