Terrible experience with this group in…

Terrible experience with this group in conjunction with LBHF. I’ve had no heating for over 48 hours. My landlord LBHF told me a different contractor would be out yesterday after 1pm. A young man turns up at my door literally as the email came through about the 1pm appointment.
‘I’ve checked the radiators of the neighbour above you and there is nothing wrong with them’ were his first words. Why would he be checking a neighbour who hadn’t contacted Thermoserv or the council?

Felt as if he was already giving off ‘I dont believe you’ vibes. Then he wanted to come into my flat to see if it felt cold to him.

I said no.

I explained previously to LBHF that the issue was external (a communal boiler/pressure). I explained this to him.

He then wanted to take a photo of me standing holding my door open as ‘proof’ he had attended.

I presumed he was going to go look at the boiler but he didn’t. I then phoned Thermoserv to check if he was actually legit and explained the heating issues again. The woman said she would speak to an engineer and call me back.

6 hours later I called them again. Same woman, she said someone would attend but it would probably be after 5pm.

No-one attended. I called LBHF emergency repairs team at 7pm and they kept probing me about what disabilities I had, question after question… I shouldn’t need to disclose my status over the phone. Mobility and mental health issues should be enough information.

He said someone from Thermoserv would be out (hopefully) within 4 hours. I stayed up until midnight.

Now this morning at 11.30am still no heating and nothing from Thermoserv or LBHF.

UPDATE :
Called LBHF emergency team again at 12 and told a contractor would attend.
At 7pm a mobile call from contractor saying he doesn't deal with communal boilers.

So 3 days now without heating.
