The Rolling Door Company 

Total scam! Aaron or Bodie Beasley, he has a few names is a total con artist.
I’m an ex landlord that asked him to leave. Constantly receiving demands from various people after him.
I’ve notified the Inland revenue to inform them he does not live here as he’s still using my address.
I’m so sorry for all the customers that have been conned.

We purchased our roller garage door a couple of years ago, within a week the electrics were failing- door wouldn't close properly, would auto open back up once they had shut, and the alarm kept going off. I contacted Aaron and Richard, only to be passed between them. They failed to turn up to the appt made to fix them, didn't contact me to confirm a new dare, I chased and chased and they eventually came out. Seemingly rectified, but within weeks we had the same problems again. I don't even want to try and contact them again, but since the door now fails to rise completely and the alarm continues to go off every time we try to use the door, I don't have much choice. However, judging by the problems others have had- I doubt they'll pick up the phone, or turn up. I'm fuming. Don't touch this company or any other one they open. Absolute bodge job and that's without me ranting about the damage they caused to the surrounding brick work when they fitted then damn thing.

Ive had nothing but trouble with the garage door since it was installed. The rolling door company have been to my house 6 times trying to sort out the problem and it even fell to the floor and came out of the runners.
Every time the weathers hot it gets stuck and they were supposed to come back last year and put some heat reflector stuff on it but they never bothered and I was unable to contact anyone. It’s 2 years old, scratched and dented and a absolute load of rubbish.
Anyone thinking of using this company, don’t bother.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! - Keep your money or you will loose it all..
He seems all nice and friendly.. complete SCAM!! we lost 2k wants the money in full and like others wants it in a bank transfer (dont do it!!) That is like paying in cash, banks and others cant help you to get it back.. tryed for months to get hold of him, to be told by him, i have been ill or its a supply problem etc.. LIES!!!
we ordered last year 2022 have tryed all sorts to try and get our money back no communication from him what so ever!!
So...NO SHUTTER FITTED!! OR Given, delivered.... NOTHING!!! expect he has taken our money... did our money get used or put towards your other businesses.. sunny dais tanning etc...
So.. we noticed he did take off his website, and tryed stiking off this business ref companies house ref accounts...!
How can people like him be allowed to keep opening other businesses..
Aaron Beasley a SCAMMER!!

Aaron Beazley took payment of 2k in advance by bank transfer and now impossible to get any contact from. Looks like I'm not the only one, having read the comments here. Winding up order now seen on companies house website. Do not deal with this company. Bear in mind Aaron has 4 other company directorships so may be using those companies to continue his fraudulent business. Stay away!

Update: I have referred this case to actionfraud.police.uk, referencing Aaron directly and the company ID 11872005, registered address Flat 5, 97-99 London Road, Benfleet, SS7 5TG. I recommend others who have been scammed by Aaron do the same so the police have more evidence.

Do NOT trust this company they are a complete scam, Aaron seems very nice when you meet him he takes 50% deposit and does not deliver then when he agrees to refund you he will plead poverty and not co tact you and then will not answer the phone. Save you monney stay away!!!!!

The only thing that is disgusting is your attitude Mrs Griffiths. My experience is honest, something you should keep in mind. You've previously said money was taken up front however you've now said you already have a door to witch you've had another company out to so clearly you're misleading on here as you have your door and must have done foe quite some time.
I'll not mention your name again, you can not mention me again and you along with these other sad people should stop splashing anyone else's name about.
On FB and even on here there are glowing reviews also and I for one would recommend but people like you are just very spiteful and don't think of the bigger picture.
Why don't you try contacting him directly instead of blocking the number and yes I know this via a conversation.

For the person L Holder stated in a review I was given a £100 refund definitely not me and why would Arron (company owner) get someone else to put a statement like that as a review DISGUSTING.
Also for your information L Holder it was actually Arron himself that told me he had lost his business so please get your facts right when putting an un honest review on TrustPilot.
We had another company visit to repair our broken garage door yesterday purchased from the rolling door company and were previously informed by Arron that we had first class product Somfy but when the engineer took the hood off to investigate the problem he identified all other components inside were cheap Chinese parts the only thing that was Somfy was the up/down box that operated the garage door.

I would give them a zero if I could . As per other comments they are full of excuses. We have a door that has been nothing but trouble since the day it was fitted. Can't get hold of them and on gov company check no accounts filed with them since 2021 so overdue. Hopefully gone bust so not inflict stress to anyone else . Con company .

We truly wish we’d never heard of Aaron Beazley or the wretched Rolling Door Company. Having placed an order for two garage doors in June 2022, it took until February 2023 before we had two fully functioning doors, and that is only because, in sheer desperation, we employed another independent fitter to install a functioning motor, complete the original job and tidy up the shoddy workmanship by the Rolling Door fitters.
Despite a lead time on the order form of 2 – 3 weeks, it actually took almost 3 months for the initial installation to take place. The day after the fitting, one of the doors failed to operate and we alerted Aaron Beazley to this fact. He sent his fitters back a day later, but without any prior notice, so nobody was at home to allow access. The next few months became a series of unanswered text messages, phone calls and emails, and waiting at home on at least three occasions for appointments that Aaron Beazley didn’t keep, only to offer increasingly implausible excuses for not doing so! Having read other reviews, this seems to be an increasingly common occurrence.
All in all, it was a thoroughly stressful and depressing experience, and we would strongly urge that you do NOT engage with this firm!!

They installed a double garage 2 years ago and the certificate I have for the 5 year warranty is a waste of paper, the door is constantly faulty, paid for a service they is also a waste of time. Cannot ever seem to get hold of them and after-sales service is poor. look elsewhere

Aaron came and was pleasant enough, waited 3 months for the door which was fine. The fitters were like the chuckle brothers, one had broken leg and they didn't use any kind of stand to help install a double garage door. They fitted the rails in the wrong way and then got stuck as the curtain would not go in. I had to end up helping the installers hold the curtain up so they could fit the side rail correctly! during this they had scratched and damaged the door, also different controller was installed to what I had purchased, I was told by Aaron this was due to supply issues on the somfy controller which I accept. 6 months later and after several calls they replaced the door curtain (different fitters) and replace the controller with the correct somfy unit. All good for about 2 months then the door would only go down if you held the remote. 3 months after that, finally Aaron came round and said the bottom rail needed replacing and he would order one in. that was 8 months ago, excuse after excuse, avoids calls when he see's the number, so I've had to call him from different numbers just so he would pick up. I have been extremely patient as I just wanted my door fixed. In the end I called Allugard who got another installer to troubleshoot via Webex, they delivered a part within a week and got another installer to call me to talk me through the install and reset, and now the door is working after nearly a year. If I was not technical or hands on or didn't have the tools id still be stuck! definitely check the reviews before choosing a garage door company as they do go wrong and you do need someone who will resolve the issues.Absolutely avoid these guys "The rolling door company" and especially Aaron who I have been extremely patient with and tried to be understanding with all his excuses, gives too many false promises, shocking after sales. JUST AVOID!

Peter and Darryl (Southampton) arrived on time finished in four hours. Very neat installation. They explained operating instructions very clearly. The doors look great and are operating smoothly. We are happy with the installation.

Installed unit, but they couldn’t find any paperwork and warranty ! Unit fell apart and stopped working after 2 weeks. Promised to come and sort it in a week - that was a month ago. Now not answering emails, tact’s and phone calls/ Horrible company, and I wish I’d read other reviews before calling them in

Quite possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with ! We had a double garage door fitted last year which promptly broke leaving us unable to gain access to our garage, we managed after weeks of trying to contact the rolling door company to get through and get the door repaired only to have numerous issues with the Somfy controller once again leaving us unable to gain access to the garage. 8 months after our original installation and 6 further visits back and our garage door was now working, until yesterday when it completely broke and would go neither up nor down, after calling out a different company we discovered that the rolling door company had installed the door incorrectly in the first place buy not actually fixing it to batterns and rather fixed it directly to an uneven wall. All in all we’re out around 3k so I personally wouldn’t recommend them.

Quoted for an Alluguard door and Somfy motor, but installed something completely different. Numerous issues with both the door, the motor and the safety brake. Promised to fix it, however they are now avoiding my calls and emails. My advice is to spend a little extra money and go with a reputable company who actually take responsibility for their errors and fulfil their promises.

After only 2 years and hardly any use the motor has stopped working. I am now left with the choice of paying for a new motor or having a door that will not open!!!! Waste of £999

My somfy unit broke down, I paid for the service and a unit replacement as it was under the warranty. He never showed up and is not answering the calls.

Fitted the door fine however when they contacted me for a service and arranged a time and date no one turned up, apparently their van broke down, rearranged, no one turned up, only one fitter working and ran out of time, rearranged again, don’t know what happened but didn’t turn up, rearranged yet again but got a call on the day saying their fitter was just down the road and couldn’t remember the time they booked so could he come now… no we arranged for the afternoon as I had a hospital appointment in the morning, so I was told that they would ring me to organise another appointment and they would do it cheaper for me, still waiting for that call, over 2 months now, I would not recommend this company to anyone until they get their act together, you can’t do business like that, and I would look elsewhere for a better service 😤😤😤

Just had my garage door fitted. First class service. Aaron fitted around my schedule, and even though I had to cancel my first visit due to other commitments, he was great and moved my booking to a more suitable time.
Fitters were on time, and fantastic. They explained everything to me, and talked me through the finished product.
I would highly recommend this Company to anyone.
