NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN. DON'T MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! How do I make a formal complaint about this company? They are a fake, scamming bunch of people. I ordered 4 dresses over a month ago and paid extra for fast shipping. They did not respond to any of my requests for updates and some emails bounced back as undeliverable. They have no customer chat, no phone #, no address, no real online presence.
According to my account with them, package delivered ystdy by U.S mail. It definitely was not. I also checked with neighbors just in case. I requested tracking info so I can contact post office, but I don't expect to hear from them. Im so mad.
