Very unusual, phone to inquire about a flat to view but was not given a chance.
The 1st one who answered transferred us to his partner and he started with a very harsh way talking saying I am wasting his time and put his phone down to my face.
If someone going to spend large sum of money he does not have to buy the 1st place they show him.
Ridiculous.
If you are spending few hundred of thousands you are entitled to view many flat.
Martin was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to keep everything moving, especially when things became time-sensitive, and was always available, calm, and reassuring.
