Was quite surprised to receive a generic email and a refund saying my product was out of stock a few hours after ordering.
This seems strange for a smallish, niche company. I thought at the very least, a one line email or an offer to back order would have been normal practice. Communication is everything.

Samples arrived in good condition and I loved them! (Blind buys based on scent notes.)

I haven’t had customer service this good in a long time! I had a slight issue with the perfume they sent (which was not their fault, at all). And the way that they responded and how quickly they responded was phenomenal!
I always feel nervous buying from companies that I don’t know well, and even more nervous having to send an email about something that went wrong, but I can not say how happy I am with this service!!! I’m a single mum and really don’t have much money, but after starting a new job and life not being quite as hard, I decided to treat myself for my birthday and buy myself a perfume that I really really love. So when it arrived a bit damaged I was so sad, but it really was rectified and I’m just so happy with the way they responded.
I will 100% be buying from them again and honestly I don’t think I’ll buy perfume from any other company again!

Scent City has such a wide variety of niche fragrances that I cannot find else where! I was looking to try out Teo Cabanel fragrances and I couldn’t find any place to sample them, then I came across Scent City. Delivery time was reasonable (although I am an impatient person when it comes to fragrance), and the additional samples were much appreciated. The product itself was securely packaged and delivered in excellent condition.

Scent city was fabulous. I had ordered a perfume which they were unable to get in time so they had issued a refund. However a few days later; when they were able to secure stock they messaged me to ask if I still wanted the perfume! Both service and product were wonderful.

I’ve shopped with ScentCity before and both times the customer service has been GREAT! This second time however I’m prompted to leave a review because not only was the packaging so thoughtful (hand written personalized thank you card🥹) but they also gave me an additional fragrance sample, eventhough I had already chosen 2 complimentary with my order. My order arrived today and I’m very satisfied. It’s small details like this that will keep customers coming back!

I bought a perfume in Venice last summer and it was the nicest perfume I’ve ever had. Once I had finished it I was desperate to get a new one and I saw scent city had it. I had never heard of them before but I purchased the perfume and it’s perfect - just like the one from Venice in the exact same packaging.
