My experience with this company has… dire
My experience with this company has been atrocious. As we did last year, we went to the shop towards the back end of Summer knowing that my child will have grown since the end of term as she has on a growth spurt. I found that the shop in Sunderland is no more but I was able to buy online. One month into term and still no uniform, so decided to visit the shop in Washington in person. I was told that the order was unfulfilled and that I still had to wait. I wanted to take what stock they had to match my order and take it off what I have paid. I would have to buy it there and then, and only at that point would I get a refund. Considering I had already paid £80.00, I refused to pay out again. I ordered online and chose to pick up at InPost. I was told I would have to wait for a text and then after that to wait 3 to 4 days for it to be delivered.
Two days after my visit, I get an email from inPost to say my order is there to pick up. So clearly they had the stock. I am neither impressed nor happy at all with this service.
You would think that a company who's entire business model is supplying uniforms to children across the region would be able to do this task effectivley. I don't care if there is a problem with suppliers or simply not ordering correctly, if they can't supply clothing when needed then the business is a failure. I can't stress enough that the people they are failing are school kids, and not parents. This seriously needs addressing.
