We have been dealing with TSMS for 6 months, they have saved us thousands on our previous PPC scheme whilst generating more work at the same time. After using several companies for PPC i was recommended TSMS by a friend who had used them for years. I was very sceptical at first as I had numerous bad experiences previously. Tom Bagshaw has given us excellent advice and is always at the end of the phone when needed. I wouldn't normally give 5 stars but couldn't not as the service has been superb. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs a PPC service.

I've been using The Search Marketing Shop for almost 2 years now. Tom is quick to get things done somehow always manages to reply to emails in just a few mins!

I would have stopped using their services a long time ago if they weren't giving results!

We were looking for an SEO company and initially had an audit done for the site and this highlighted a number of errors. We proceeded with an on-site optimisation package. Payment is required prior to starting the campaign so we paid this and we were assured the work for month 1 will be carried out within the month. With a month passing, another payment was debited. That is 2 payments of £170 without any work carried out. It is only when we pointed this out that work was carried. They appear to carry out work in batches and it is not really a personal service.

Excellent company to deal with, they have been most helpful and we have seen some good results.
