We were at the Delaware county ski bum and were greeted by a rude manager who seemed to decide we were old and had to take his stuff. Poor service. I would not go there ever again

This was my third purchase from The Ski Bum in the past several months. The Atomic Savor Visor Helmet was the exact model my husband wanted for his birthday, and the price was well-over $100 less than the local ski shops! Because I had questions, I called customer service and Nick was outstanding! He provided advice about the sizing of the helmet, helped me to navigate shipping that would be quick, but affordable, and waited patiently while I sorted out the credit card payment over the phone to attempt to surprise the birthday boy! The delivery via the USPS was great! The helmet arrived in two days!
My husband now has a beautiful new ski jacket by Karbon that was over $100 less than advertised by other on-line retailers, and my very first purchase was his new Karbon ski pants that was made with guidance from another equally expert employee! We are thrilled to have found this great source for sports purchases. My husband is studying the skis available at theskibum.com as I write this! Fantastic customer service, high quality merchandise, and affordable pricing are hallmarks of this company!

I paid for express shipping so that I could get my order before my ski trip and they did not arrive in time. I wish I had not paid for express shipping since I did not receive my order in the range of business days that I was promised. Very frustrating!

Tracking says "Arriving Late, In Transit". What does that mean??? Hoping to have this by Christmas.

I ordered ski pants online with the specification of picking them up in the store. SkiBum decided to ship them to me and they have yet to arrive 13 days later. I live less than 10 miles from the shop and tracking can't even give me an update as to where they are except somewhere in New Jersey. Ski Bum is in Delaware and I am in Maryland. I ordered them with store pickup because I am hard to fit and I knew that I'd need to try them on. I went to the store this weekend to inquire and just got a "sorry, we messed up" excuse. I then spent an hour trying on ski pants and know that the ones I ordered will not work for me when they finally do arrive and I'll have to go out of my way to return them either in person or by mail, which is why I ordered with in-store pickup to begin with. Not pleased at all with my Ski Bum experience.

This order was a gift for our daughter in Nashville. She is a very discriminating shopper with a new baby and little extra time. It was a simple pleasure to use your website and send her this gift she had selected.

I have been eyeing the Under Armour cold gear Latitude jacket for quite sometime but didn’t want to pay retail. Found it on sale here for 85! Very pleased. I mountaineer and have an expensive Arc’teryx jacket but I wanted something that didn’t look so sporty. This jacket is wonderful. It is heavier (compared to the Arc’teryx) but the Sherpa lining is amazing! And it keeps me warm. I love it! Receive plenty of compliments. It’s versatile.
