I had a good experience / support on events leading up to my trip and it was a simply process to pay too.

The event on the night didn't go as planned but I have had positive experience from the customer service team since.

Booked a hen do to Valencis for a party of 15. Accomodation recomended was fantastic and exceeded all expectation and great value for money. The activities organised were seemles from start to finish and always on time. Particular favourite of the hens was the flamenco dance lesson, Manin was fantastic. The bar crawl and tapas tour hosted by Michael were fab too! The boat party had potential to be great just the weather let us down! Would definately recommend The Spain Event and look forward to using them again in the future. Massive thanks to Aaron dealing with all calls and requests over the past year. 15 very happy hens! From start to finish the booking process was a breeze. All the information i required was given before i asked for it and no confusion on cost which when booking for a big group vital! The activities we booked we required guides. Our guide Elise for the bar crawl called us from Spain to the UK a couple of days before arrival to check in and make sure we were ready, happy and comfortable with the weekend ahead. Faultless!

Would definitely recommend these guys for planning any number of events. We had Cecilia on the two days and she was great help chaperoning us to the football and go karts - she also offered some advice on local bars and restaurants.

Mark helped us out with tickets for El Clásico and I can't say enough about the quality of service. Their response to emails was always quick and very informative. The delivery of the tickets and everything went very smoothly. Thanks guys for helping make the experience.

I organised a hen weekend to Madrod for 16 women and wanted to book an activity. I came across cocktail making and got a few quotes and The Spain was by far the cheapest and offered the best package. Communicating with Aaron at the Spain Event was very straightforward and he responded within a couple of days to all of my queries. I paid the activity in full at the time of booking but there were no issues at all and the location was perfect. We had a private room which was supposed to be for 2 hours but ended up being more like 3 and a half to 4 hours and we just kept going up for more cocktails with no problems

Amazing service! I highly recommend The Spain Event. The ensured everything was well taken care of and the communication was impeccable!

Superb trip everything went smoothly. Bull running was great fun as was the mud wrestling. Arabian baths were a great hangover cure and would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class.......just returned from 4 nights in Madrid With a Hen party of 9 all different ages.
Aaron's expertise/organisation was second to none, from our transfers to our incredible Guides which were all pre-arranged, on time, plus once again soooo knowledgeable and helpful......we couldn't of managed without this fab service, even when I asked about going to a restaurant Soookey took the time to take us there, again fab value, wonderful restaurant.
Honestly The Spain Event is perfect and ticks every box..... unfortunately I'm very critical that's why I had the job to arrange this as having been a Customer Service Manager at John Lewis ...

Can't thank the Spain event enough for all their help on our trip to Valencia. Alina recommended suitable activities for our group, restaurants and bars, going over and above what we expected. Would definitely recommend them for a great time when you travel abroad.

The disco bus was perfect to get us to our accommodation but I just wish the drinks had been explained better. We were told that there would be 2 bottles of champagne provided and a bar on board to get more. When we got to the pick up point it was explained to us that all the drinks should have been pre-booked and there was nothing we could do at suck short notice. If the option of arranging more drinks was given to us we would have taken it up. I can't understand why a company would not give the option to make more profit by providing more drinks to us. All in all it was a good experience but the fact the drinks options were not explained properly was a real let down. I would use this service again but only because I know now how to arrange it. This should be far better explained for first time uses.

We had a terrific time with the team! I arranged a Hen Do activity for 6 people. We all had an absolute blast and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

The Spain Event organised a number of activities during our visit to Valencia, all of which were excellent.

Well what can I say, we just came back from a 50th Birthday weekend it was truly fantastic, we were a party of 24 and we were met by Sukki our tour guide she was amazing and made our stay very memorable, I would definitely return 😃

We have just returned from a fantastic few days’ birthday celebrations in Madrid - made even more so by the lovely Sukie and Aaron from The Spain Event company. Their expert knowledge and organisational skills enabled us all to make the most of every minute - airport transfers, Tapas tour, fun packed I - pad Challenge and hilarious beer bikes experience to relaxing in the Plaza Mayor and taking in the views of this beautiful city – very highly recommended!
