Ordered the Gia saddle bag on Sunday and it was delivered today Friday. The bag is just OK. The cost was €85 and I availed of a 15% discount code so it worked out at €68 plus postage, so not a budget buster, however it doesn't blow me away on any level, very meh and under whelming. Supposed to be leather but no smell of leather at all. I'll keep the bag and use for walking etc but wouldn't order from this company again.
I want to return my item. It is bizarre, there is no return address listed on the website and they are not replying to my emails to request it. I am worried it's a scam. As I've never come across a legitimate company with no return instruction on their website or no return instruction with the package. The bag I received is a nice bag just to be fair and mention that, it's a wrong colour, but the returns situation is bizarre/ worrying.
