Ordered two months ago two parts and month later sent a mail twice and didn’t get any answer!!
I called the number and nobody rensponde!!
200€ spent-lost for what?!?!?!

Tried emailing them many times, no response.
What kind of service is this?
Their products are priced quite cheap and attractive but its such a shame that the customer service aspect is so weak. Prevents potential customers such as myself from proceeding.

Feels like scam business
Placed order on 24th January. Promised to be shipped and delivered 3-7 working days. On 3rd February wrote and asked about delivery, was told that due COVID they can't ship to EU. Asked if I can arrange my own shipping via DHL/UPS. No response.
Asked if I can get item shipped to South-Korea, was told that it's possible. Sent shipping address, 0 response since then. Today is 10th June, I don't have items or refund. Initiated Paypal claim.
Don't waste your time with them.

Totally unreliable and zero…
Totally unreliable and zero communication -
Placed an order via paypal, one day later my money is refunded.
I thought it was an error and emailed TheSpeedline - No response, no explanation.
Reordered and the same thing happened with not so much as a message.
