When my item went missing in the post
When my item went missing in the post, the customer service agent I spoke with regarding it took it far too personally. I requested a refund instead of another item to be sent out and I said the whole process was ridiculous and said agent told me to be nice to them. I said the posting service they used was ridiculous, not said agent. Agent then confirmed my refund and blocked me on Facebook messenger and from their page to comment on. Poor service.
