US based store with great customer support

I had a pleasant shopping experience from this store. I bought a few toys for my kids during their summer break. One of the toys was defective. I contacted the support team and they promptly responded with two options. Either full refund (I did not even had to return the item) or they would send a replacement.
They ship all of their products from within USA which is a relief from all the Chinese sellers online. I got my replacement in just 3 days. The original order took 4 days to arrive though.
