This was the first time shopping online at The Suffolk Nest, it definitely won’t be my last. A family run business, born out of love for flowers, interiors and love for creativity. I love purchasing from smaller brands.restfully family run brands, this feels special. I love their backstory, a brand born out of passion, community led, staying true to what they believe. Their website is a joy to browse. So many unique and beautiful pieces, all competitively priced. Customer service is brilliant, with communication throughout from confirming my purchase, to providing delivery details. Delivery was fast, on time and packaged to ensure no damage in transit. I purchased the Ultra Lite Barrow Planter. This planter is even more beautiful in real life, aesthetically elevating my faux olive tree. This planter sells out and now I understand why. If you are like me and love interiors, flowers, plants and all things creative, then you will love The Suffolk Nest. Don’t hesitate to make that purchase, you won’t regret it.

This was a considered purchase at the price, but my willow wreath has just arrived - and I am SO happy with it.
This is now my new Annual (Autumn and Christmas) wreath.

Purchased Faux Christmas Pine Wreath in Nov 2025 following seeing an advertisement on Instagram. Disappointed upon delivery that the wreath box was so damaged during delivery and disappointed with the quantity of the wreath itself; rather plasticky for the expensive price.

Having bought many items from The Suffolk Nest sadly I was hugely disappointed this time by the Faux Larix & Cone Wreath - the Larix stems are a cheap looking plastic inserted into a plastic ring with nothing to disguise the ring as the foliage isn’t dense enough, maybe some artificial moss or natural rafia ring would have been more premium. Also branches all one green - the matching garland is only slightly better as stems are two different coloured green plastic . I would not have bought either if I saw them in shop but as returns are at customers expense, as are deliveries, whatever the value of an order, I shall keep but wonder if quality dropping as this business grows?? Would not recommend

Oh my goodness! I am completely in love with the pieces that i have just received. The Hemingstone vase is so much more beautiful close up. And the faux magnolias, willow sprays and willow branches are breathtakingly life-like. Delivery took just 2 days, and that was even after a last minute addition to my order. Communication couldn't have been better and the packaging was superb. I have ordered from the Suffolk nest before and I will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered a pretty expensive faux olive tree as it looked very realistic online.
Disappointed. Incredibly fake looking. They obviously used the correct lighting for the shoot!
Will be returning- oh and at my own cost :(

This was my first order from The Suffolk Nest. Having quite a few artificial wreaths from The White Company I really wanted the Faux white willow wreath from TSN for a focal display in my front room. Its size, quality and ‘fullness’ made it a perfect focal point! I absolutely love it and will definitely be buying more from TSN. The packaging, delivery, everything was amazing! Well done Ashlee!

Excellent service. My item arrived damaged unfortunately but the service I received to rectify this was brilliant. The owner swiftly replaced the item next day and arranged return for the damaged item. I’m in love with my new ottoman tray and will definitely use the company again with all their beautiful home accessories.

Recieved my beautiful Vase today, just stunning and centerpiece for my large dining table.
Customer services replied to my e mail as my 10 percent discount as first purchase didn't work.
I was refunded this straight away.

Ordered for a friend abroad, two weeks before my flight was expecting that the order will come on time. But first package was returned due to damaged packaging and when they sent the second order as next day delivery I was waiting at home , the flight was the next morning so I didn't wanted to take any chances. But noone showed up and I received an email that they didn't find anyone at home and to pick up the package from next day at the post office. I checked the doorbell camera to make sure I didn't miss anyone but , no noone came. In the end I didn't manage to take the package to my friend, didn't manage to pick up from post office as was abroad for a week,so the package was sent back. I tried to contact the company by email but to communication. Very disappointed after just first order.

Just received my beautiful wreath. Ordered it only two days ago. Excellent customer service. The wreath is absolutely gorgeous and a very good price. It looks amazing on our front door. 🥰

Very expensive P&P It cost £12 to deliver an £8 product along with 3 other faux flower stems. Having ordered from here before I was happy to pay this only to discover that the original product is now HALF the size but costs the in just a few short months! Zero customer services! The owner herself suggested I return the product. How does she believe this would make sound sense economically? It’s good to support small companies but not when things go wrong. This is just greed!

Ordered the eucalyptus stems - they are absolutely lovely, glad I only ordered 3 as had I ordered the bunch would have been too big for the vase they are so lovely! Came two days after ordering and beautifully packaged - am so impressed - thank you!

Blown away by how quickly my recent and previous orders have arrived. Beautiful faux flowers, perfect for seasonal changes. Homeware pieces also beautiful. Some items are pricey but you do get what you pay for. Definitely a firm favourite business who I return to time and time again.
