Don't order the Sirloin

Beautiful charming premises, have been many times for lunch. This occasion Service not up to much.
Unfortunately staff were not attentive, they bunched together nearby to we were seated for us to over hear group conversation about an incident. Very Canteen like.
We made a simple request if mains could be starter, server didn't know, said probably not, I can ask. Made no movement to do so. Couldn't continue with our order until we knew what we could have. Requested he go to kitchen and ask. Our Starter then came at different times. Order muddled. Quite a pricey wine, not decanted correctly. Steak tough and fatty.
Expensive meal for what was presented and how presented. Not good service. For well over three hundred pounds for 3 of us. Can't recommend
