Great staff and a good selection of nice cars

the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and get you a car you will enjoy and fit your needs. They also will contact you and explain features that the vehicles have as in my case Steven (who if i recall is one of the managers) explained exactly how all the tech in the Skoda elroq i purchased worked. If i need another vehicle down the line i will definitely buy one from the Taxi centre again

Easy to deal with.

Dealt with Alan who was easy to deal with at every stage. Apparently he’s retiring after a long career with the Taxi Centre and this was probably the last car he’s sold. Staff were all very friendly and professional and absolutely no pushiness. Looked a happy place to work proving that pushiness isn’t always the best way to increase sales. Will most definitely give them repeat business.

Great service

I can’t praise James Welsh enough, nothing was too much trouble, he took the taxi for inspection then delivered it to my door while I was on holiday, absolutely brilliant.

Brilliant purchasing experience

Made an enquiry about a Skoda Octavia, had a phone call shortly after and spoke to Alan Carmichael, ran me through the system to see if I’ll get accepted for finance which I was, I signed the paperworks the next day and the week after I had my new car delivered, can’t recommend these guys enough
