Always polite upfront and honest

Have been regularly using the Centre for several years for family cars and motorhome.

It's normally easy to get an appointment that suits me, and the team have always been welcoming and professional.

When I have had a fail, I been offered advice as to the best way to proceed (the centre doesn't offer repairs), so I have been able to quickly process a repair and arrange a retest.

Nice to have confidence that the work is required, rather than a revenue generation opportunity.

Highly Recommended!

Brilliant service both from the MOT mechanic and receptionist. Definitely will return next year.

As far as I know it was a good expedience. But my son bought the car over. He used you regularly I believe.

I highly recommend the Deptford centre, Ali was very knowledgable and was able to manually fine tune my beam angle to the legal standard, he went the extra mile to make sure I was safe on the road and I'll be looking to return next year.

I have used the Test Centre in Rochester for the last 4 years. Always friendly and helpful . I will not use anyone else. Very convenient as i work just around the corner so i can drop of and pick up when ready. Easy to book online . So all good many thanks . See you next year .

After a terrible experience at a local garage which failed our car's mot with a list of faults which we found out that was not needed when seeking another quote from a different garage, a friend recommended ThecTest Centre and we've brought both our vehicles to thus garage fir almost 10 years and appreciate their mechanics' honesty and integrity. Will be using them again and again without a doubt!

Been using ever since they did the ULEZ test on my motorbike 3 years ago.
Super friendly very organised and always great to deal with. They have plenty of times available 7 day a week. I now take all my bikes and my car there.

Great experience have used them 3 years running never had a problem staff are great especially the beautiful young lady on reception, very quick no hanging around and a nice place to wait while your having the MOT done. Would definitely recommend to all.

Very slow service. Even although I was booked in at 8.30am car was not taken into bay until 8.45am. and engine left idling for ages whilst engineer wandered off. I was in bay on seat watching this incredibly slow process. However all of a sudden the mot was complète and passed with all the normal checks not having been completed. Worrying.

Ive been to The Test Centre at Deptford twice now both times I was extremely impressed at how professional and efficient they were. I recently had some work done to my car by a official dealership and was told that the front brake pads and discs were in urgent need of being replaced. I thought this was strange as I had only had the pads change some 9 months before and my milage is very low. I took my car back to The Test Centre at Deptford and explained the situation and the lovely helpful lady in reception Natasher asked Kwemi to take a look. He very kindly showed me the pads and discs with a torch and confirmed my suspicion that the brakes still had a good amount of wear left. Thankyou so much both of you. I would recommend anyone to use this test centre as my experience has always been positive with them.

Friendly staff Easy to book in hasslefree highly recommended

The ease of booking, dropping off and the fact that you don’t pay unless it’s a pass, provides all the reassurance needed that your car is being legitimately tested. I cannot recommend the Test Centre highly enough.

First time user.. Easy booking and received reminders. Reception staff polite and friendly. Car was taken in at appointed time, unlike other places where you have a timed booking and not seen til 30 minutes later.
MOT tester explained the 2 advisories.
Would certainly use again and was offered a reminder for next year. Would highly recommend.
