Overall very pleased, great price.
Ordered 13 large softwood sleepers . I specified on the order that they were all the same colour and with minimal splitting .
About 5 had quite large splits along their lengths . The agency driver was apparently also “not used to delivering wood” asked my 60 yr old wife for help unloading ..in the end he managed to drop them off himself .
Overall would use again as great price and staff who I spoke to in the office were helpful and delivery on time as scheduled. I appreciate that softwood sleepers do split / crack but wasn’t expecting that much . They will be hidden so no major dramas .

The Delivery driver on that morning was…
The Delivery driver on that morning was a literal saint, as I had gone to work and only my wife and new baby in the house. He unloaded a very heavy amount of wood all by himself to help me cos my wife was looking after our baby. I didn't catch his name but the guys was fantastic.

Friendly people and great price
Placed order online for pickup, response was really quick to say it was ready. Pickup was easy, could drive to the timber and two guys helped me carefully load up. Cant ask more than that. Oh the prices were almost 1/2 of the builders merchants.
