Really needed 10 T-Shirts printed front and back quickly and he delivered exactly that. Ordered on Monday, sent out for delivery same day and delivered, no problems. Cast and crew of play were thrilled with the result and love them. Would definitely recommend, thank you 💜

I ordered some bespoke T Shirts with only an idea of what I wanted printing on them. Jordan sent me his artwork to approve which was almost perfect. After a minor tweak it was absolutely perfect. The T shirts arrived two days later. The speed of delivery and quality was quite remarkable.

When another supplier let me down and couldn’t get my son’s Christmas presents to me in time, thetshirtman stepped up and designed, printed and delivered T-shirts and a hoodie to me in a matter of days! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered three t-shirts for express delivery. I chose this printer over another because I thought they looked more professional.
Two of the three t-shirts arrived unusable. One had smudged and burned print across the front and the other, we discovered that the team printed the design with the printer's crop marks. I would have easily sent another file if they had an issue with the format. Crop marks are standard practice for printers. As this was an express order, we were greatly let down by the poor standard of items that arrived and ended up losing money in the process. Then when I requested a refund showing photo evidence, the staff member has spent 3 days of emails going back and fourth trying to avoid issuing the refund and offering a reprint which is no good when we needed the items on Saturday, not this week. After much insisting on the refund and expressing that I want to move on, the rep has now said he has processed a refund for just the item that was smudged and burnt. I find this greatly disappointing that i've now lost my money and missed my deadline with no customer service quality present. When you have produced non usuable goods, refund is the only option. That's respectful and morally correct. Avoid. Nobody has time for debating defective goods. The lack of accountability from the team is quite worrying. This could have been the start of a great partnership for last minute orders, instead I have only experienced a continued loss of time and money!

Jordan has provided printed charity t-shirts of exceptional quality for my 60 Sixth Form students and staff within 24 hours. Incredible service, as always, from the T Shirt Man. They never fail to go over and beyond to help.

I reached out the T-Shirt Man with a request for a single t-shirt and a timeframe and they met all my needs. Any queries I had they answered promptly, politely, and provided all the info I needed. The end result - a beautiful t-shirt done exactly like I wanted and one I will re-order as merchandise for my brand.

Had a late request put in on a Friday but didn’t realise they were closed for maintenance, I got in a bit of a panic and contacted straight away and spoke to Jordan who was very responsive and quick to find a resolution with me. Absolutely outstanding! when they say next day delivery they really mean it. Needed custom made t-shirts for an event this weekend with both picture and text elements. I put the order through on Wednesday morning around 0900 am, and contacted the team via telephone 2 minutes later. they had already received it and actually called me by my name before i could even introduce myself... thats how on the ball these guys are! I explained i needed the shirts by the next day and they said no problem. they called me back a few hours later to check about sizes and the details of the order. The Tshirts arrived at 0930 the next morning! bang on 24 hours from the order being put in. I live in Manchester, 4-5 hours drive from where the t-shirts are made, so they really can get it done no matter where you are. So appreciative of their service and will highly recommend. T-shirts of good quality and printing equally so. Will be back for more soon!

I rang on the Friday morning for custom t shirts that needed to arrive for an event by Sunday. After the call, an invoice was sent and paid, quantity and address was confirmed, and on Saturday afternoon, the t shirts arrived! A brilliant product/service and would recommend to anyone, will definitely be using again.

The TShirtMan produced some tees for a client on a really quick turnaround which were great quality. Just as importantly they couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 custom t-shirts off TheTshirtMan. When they came, the image was much smaller on the t-shirt than the one I made and it looked very different to the mock-up on the website. I got in touch with them about it, and from start to finish the customer service was very poor. The emails were poorly written, with just a couple of sentences written (no Dear... X or email signature in any way - it seemed like a child wrote it). They initially didn't want to refund me and then started ignoring my emails, I had to chase them several times. They then finally agreed to refund me but would not refund the postage costs even though the items were not as described/ faulty (which by law they have to do). They are now ignoring my emails again. I said I want to make a complaint - it was ignored. I think I am going to have to escalate it to Trading Standards and my bank to get the money back. I would never use this company again.

Edit: The response by TheTshirtMan is a complete lie. I sent many, many emails to them trying to sort this, I never refused to send the T-shirts back I was waiting for them to agree to refund postage costs first, and they only agreed to refund in full including postage costs when I emailed them TWICE more reminding them of the law and then stating I would escalate it to Trading Standards. And my initial email to them provided pictures of the mock up AND the t-shirts which were printed wrong (which I then sent a few more times to them) - so it is an absolute lie that I did not provide evidence they were done wrong. The lies continue with this company.

I ordered a branded work tshirt with our logo on the front and back, and the whole experience with The tshirt man was spot on. The team responded quickly, the artwork was sorted with zero hassle and they managed to get the finished shirt to us the very next day. No fuss, no chasing just brilliant service all round. Unbelievable service from Jordan! We were let down by Royal Mail and had no T-shirts for our charity Event on Saturday. In desperation I tried Thetshirtman and within 4 hours they had processed the order from start to finish and I was able to collect our shirts!! Really saved the day, great quality product and price as well. Absolute Legend!!

It's always unknown what kind of result you will get with t-shirt printing, but these were top notch quality from a printing perspective and the garments were also really good. Jordan and team turned them around in super fast time and the delivery was spot on too. High five.
