Highly HIGHLY recommend you take your car here for any work you need doing. I've dealt with a lot of garages and a lot of unrelated customer support situations but these guys are just pure professionals who don't yap at you for 40 minutes to confuse you even further with jargon. Clean, precise and understandable explanations of what needs doing and how it will be done. I was getting phone calls from them to update us on the progress on top of all this. Whatever they charge you as their hourly rate, don't even question it, best and safest money you will ever spend.

I needed some warning lights fixed on my Scirocco and the VAG Centre could fit me in much quicker that the dealer so I tried them. They fixed the issues and carried out a major service. Whilst doing the work they highlighted several issues that I was aware of from other garages (not missing any and being clear about the urgency / lack of urgency to fix them) and gave reasonable quotes to do the work, so I let them continue. The work was done well and when I thought there was an issue (there was not, it was my error) they agreed to look at the car again to fix it with no quibble.

I wouldn't use anywhere else! Amazing service from start to finish, the owner emailed me back on a Saturday evening regarding an issue I had with my Audi, I dropped the car off at 9am Monday morning and it was ready, good as new by 1pm, all their pricing is completely transparent was given the option of Audi parts or OEM for me to choose. Whats even better as they gave me free advice on my next Audi purchase, even looking over adverts for me and advising what to check when viewing the car. A real down to earth honest Garage you can trust!
