A fantastic choice of villas. The booking process was very straight forward with excellent human communication which is unusual these days.
Any request was promptly dealt with and the post holiday refund of secuity deposit was made without issue. Highly recommend The Villa Group for your holiday in Cyprus.

The holiday was incredible. The villa group were exceptional. They were responsive, catered for milk allergy and were helpful. Georgia was lovely to deal with and her beach home we stayed in for two weeks was fantastic. It’s comfortable, has excellent facilities to swim, bbq, and enjoy the private beach.

We had a wonderful holiday and the best experience from day 1 before finalising the booking all the way through to check out. We can’t recommend this villa enough and going through the villa group made it easy, convenient and simply a delightful home away from home. Thank you Georgia. Thank you Lisa. Dealing with The Villa Group was an absolute breeze. Lisa and Dino were so quick to respond to any queries and extra requests, it really made our holiday experience as smooth as you could possibly imagine. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have to be the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with.

We had another amazing holiday in Cyprus, this is our second stay at the Pagrati Villa, and we had another amazing memorial time, the villa is in a perfect location with stunning views and is not over looked from any angle, it has everything you need for a self contained holiday, the owners parents came to check to see if we had settled in and brought with them some gorgeous apple cake, this was on top of the huge lemon cake that was waiting for us on the kitchen table, we would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be returning.

We had a very good experience with the villa group. From start to finish Lisa was very informative every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately some building works had occurred and started at the rear of the villa we had booked and Lisa contacted us straight away to explain about this and apologise and offer us to move villas but we didn't change and stayed with the original booking, I can't imagine other holiday company's would all do this to be honest so I was very grateful they did this.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to book through them and Lisa made the whole booking experience a delight.

Simple and straightforward process of booking. Team are super friendly and responded really quickly to emails. Villa was as described and exactly like the photos on line and everything went to plan.

Villa Pangrati is the most amazing Villa we have ever stayed in! The infinity pool is amazing & the owners are the most genuine kind people you could wish to meet! My mother passed away in England while we was away & the owner Athos took me to an amazing little very very old secluded chapel for me to reflect & gather my thoughts & I felt at peace there! We will definitely be going back. Everything went smooth booking via the Villa group & I can’t recommend the Villa or the company highly enough. 10/10 from all of us.

The apartment was great, pool was just a few meters away from the front door. Amenities in the apartment were all taken care of - hairdryers, water dispenser, maiden, cool box and ice packs! Loved our stay and plan on booking again next year!

The villa was in an amazing location in Pissouri, with great access to the local amenities and beach, also very central to explore the rest of the Island. All communications and information from the Villa Group was very timely and informative.

We have stayed in the villa twice and enjoyed our stay immensely both times. The space is private and peaceful with great facilities. Location is only a short drive to the beach. Ideal for a family to enjoy time together.

Just back from another fabulous stay in Paphos and had the loveliest villa right on the coastal path. Communication from the Villa Group, Lisa in particular, is excellent. The villa owner visited us several times to check everything was good and very helpfully gave us a late check out to cope with an evening flight home. The welcome pack at the villa was substantial too, with even a fresh pineapple provided.

Usual stay at a villa, booked through The Villa Group. No welcoming package as stated on the website, this is the 3rd visit without one, arriving at approx 01.30am this would have been nice. No meet and greet to make sure we arrived ok or if there were any issues. Disappointing as this has always happened. Pool AGAIN was dirty on arrival, so self cleaning it was. Pool cleaned twice during our stay, with helped. Gardening was undertook during our stay, which was horrendous!!! Noisey, dirty smelly for about an hour!! Workers did apologise. No mid clean during our stay, with only 1 towel provided, this is my eyes is outrageous.
Signs in villa stating to activate the alarm system when ever possible, this was very off putting.

The villa did have upgrades from our last visit, which were welcomed, new beds, new couch, and a new fence for privacy, so that was nice.

We would stay again, but The Villa Group defo need to upgrade there hospitality and welcoming duties.

Probably try someone else now to book through.
