After suffering with extremely painful Plantar Fasciitis for approximately 10 weeks, not being able to go for walks and go to the gym. Hobbling around walking especially when I had rested and experiencing my foot throbbing throughout the day at work. I got in touch with ‘The VIP Clinic’ to get shockwave treatment.

I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing plantar fasciitis. Each week when I’d received the treatment my symptoms improved. The treatment I can describe as a nice pain, one that you feel after it was doing you good.

Morgan is very knowledgeable, she put me at ease straight away, each week my foot has become so much better that I am now back doing everything I enjoy! Can’t thank you enough Morgan . Would highly recommend ‘The VIP clinic’ to anyone.

Osteopathy treatment incorporate with massages I found really helpful. Morgan takes her time to treat any area of concern without rushing it. Overall, I highly recommend Morgan if you’re looking for an expert in Osteopathy & massages to relieve all the tension and pain.

Morgan has been treating me with acupuncture for pain caused by spondolsis of the neck. She also massages my neck and shoulders as part of my treatment plan. The relief it brings has really helped me and I've noticed I have more head movement now. She also gave me a cheeky massage when I told her I'd hurt my back. I have been going to Morgan for treatment approximately every month. I have been sufgwith shoulder/back & hip pain for a number of years.
With the treatments and stretch exercises she has advised me to follow my pain has decreased and I can move more easily. I would highly recommend this wonderful osteopath.

i was suffering from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). I contacted The VIP clinic & booked an appointment with Morgan, which i was seen within a few days. She is very informative, talked about my symptoms and treatment plan. I had 2 appointments and OMG the vertigo has gone away hopefully for good. She was more helpful than my own doctor. i definitely 100 % recommend Morgan, without her i would still be struggling. Her clinic is very clean and well equipped and was greated with a warm friendly welcome. The VIP clinic helps with other patients problems so definitely worth a call to them. I would definitely use again.

The absolute best of the best and the only person I trust to sort out all my aches and pains - so much so I’ve been coming every four weeks for over two years! Morgan fixes me so I can overdo it before our next session! Not sure why there is a negative review relating to the cancellation policy - all of the clinic documentation clearly states the policy and you sign to agree to the terms when you become a patient. People need to understand that small businesses are people’s whole livelihoods and time is money! I’d expect to be charged for a short notice cancellation even after being a regular patient for years - because I agreed to those terms! But if you’re in the market for a world class osteo who can get you in ship shape, the VIP Clinic will be right up your street!

My mother in law is frail and requires support to move well.
Mum is delighted with the treatment she received, the explanation about how to follow up using the exercise plan and the care that she was shown at every stage in the treatment. Morgan is honest and realistic. So professional and clear in explaining what she has evaluated and how to help to alleviate the pain. Thank you!

Brilliant service, Morgan is professional and conscientious. 100% would recommend. I go for lymphatic drainage massages and can't rate her highly enough.

Visited the VIP clinic due to a strain in my lower back from football. The service that the VIP clinic provided definitely worked wonders and even offered a variety of stretches to do at home to help with my recovery. I definitely recommend this clinic as they really helped and my back is now pain free.

I had an excellent experience at the VIP clinic I went there as I was suffering with sciatica the lady is very welcoming and very informative on what I could do to help myself felt really relaxed and comfortable and I would highly recommend this clinic..

Absolute magic all in first appointment

First time to visit today very friendly and informative all information taken from me and recorded the treatment and review and care was excellent and will be visiting again next week

Having read the previous comment and rating i felt i should post a review. This poster seems to have an issue regarding cancelling an appointment but doesn't appear to state when they called in to cancel their appointment. I see Morgan every month for treatment on my knee for which she is working wonders, due to being self employed there are times when i have to change my booked appointments due to new work commitments, as long as you give Morgan 24 hours notice of cancellation or the desire to move the booked appointment there is never a problem! It's a shame that it appears that this person has left such a negative review about what appears to be their shock at being expected to adhere to agreed upon conditions of booked appointments, but of course, these days there seem to be a growing number of people that seem to think rules and agreements only apply to other people. As to Morgan's osteopath service, personally i have been having appointments for over a year and i can't begin to explain the amount of pain relief i get from my treatment. Thank you and well done Morgan!

I couldn't reply on my google review, so just to clarify, it was confirmed by your receptionists that whether I will be charged or not, I will get a call back to confirm. And your receptionist said if you dont hear from us then it means you havent been charged so do not worry, i spoke to your receptionists and kept asking if I will be charged or not and they kept saying your reasons are understandable and you will get call back to confirm. I called a few times so I am not able to accept how is this a DNA, even for a hospital appointment a DNA is classed if you havent turned up for an appointment without informing at all. And I have attended 3 previous appointments and all on time, it was just unavoidable that I rang and requested to come earlier as the Appointment takes longer. I suggest if you can listen to call recordings as logging is just what was messaged to you but I guess your reception team is outsourced so you can't listen. Your receptionists should tell I called 6 times, so how is this a DNA? Secondly if you really care of customer service, you should have atleast considered I called and explained a few times plus I had booked 4 more appointments so if customer service was important for you, then an alternative date could have been offered just because I relied on your call back.

Morgan once again has gone above and beyond to help with a bad flare up with a neck and back issue. Managed to get me an appointment at short notice Morgan with her professionalism and technical ability calmed my flare up back down and got me comfortable again. You keep reading how it has changed our lives but until you need her help you cant explain fully just how much her skills help people, combined with her polite and relaxed nature you can not ask for better treatment. Thank You Morgan i really appreciate all you have done..

I was recommended the VIP clinic and what a miracle worker Morgan is.
She sorted my neck problem gave me lots of advice and I exercises to do to keep on top of my problem and they work. I am very happy to recommend Norgan and the VIP clinic.

Morgan is very good, Good and knowledgeable,
ive been having neck trouble near my C3 vertebrae
After an operation id had id lost the movement in my neck, it ached and was stiff, Morgan gave me some exercises to do and after both massage and manipulation slowly got my neck in a better state than when i started, i can now move more freely with out as much pain, Id recommend Morgan as she's helping mea lot.

I really enjoyed my treatment at V.I.P Clinic.
The overall experience was totally five star and I highly recommend the clinic.
