Have to say i agree with the one star…

British Owned, British Made, Britain’s Best they crow.
Can you get a replacement pan for a wheelbarrow.. no you can’t.. not from them, or any one they supply to. So the solution is to junk a £100 barrow and buy a new one made in China… or the Netherlands (Altrad Fort). But not From Britain because they suffer from the same ailment as the rest of our manufacturing industries. Useless

Avoid at all costs

Bought a wheelbarrow from Walsall wheelbarrow company. It was called the contractor. What a complete waste of money. It falls over every time you put something in it! What makes it worse is this company has been making wheelbarrows for years! Do they not test them. Somebody needs sacking!

Badly made and badly designed rubbish. AVOID.

Between us we have been working with horses for over 40 years and have had a lot of wheelbarrows including Chinese ones. We decided to buy British - what a mistake.
The Walsall Wheelbarrow Company product was literally UNUSABLE.
It would fall over with almost nothing in it - everything was out of line or twisted - yet all the bolt holes matched - unbelievable.
It was also so flexible and flimsy - unfit to carry anything more than dry grass cuttings. A builder would demolish it in minutes.
What was even worse was 'customer service'. I spoke - very politely - to two directors at the company - they were both rude, unhelpful and aggressive. "How dare I criticise their product"
They would NOT help at all - our tough luck!
My recommendation - do not touch their products, I don't know how they are still in business - cheap Chinese tat is far better designed and made. Ours sits in the hay barn UNUSED and UNUSABLE.
So much for buying British.

During the second day onsite the welds…

During the second day onsite the welds broke as seen on the photo. Other manufacturers make this connection much more beefy & it lasts. During the first day of use, most of the nuts & bolts rattled loose & dropped out because the manufacturer couldn’t be bothered to fit nylon nuts. I bought this because it’s British made, I’m embarrassed & it was a waste of money.

Total Absence of Cutomer Service

I bought one of their wheelbarrows a few years ago and need to replace the wheel. This is not straight forwards. I submitted a form from their web site, telephoned them twice and sent them an email with photos. They never respond.I understand B&Q sell their products - B&Q needs to reflect on that.I'm going to buy a new wheel barrow from a manufacturer who interested in its customers.

Dreadful product, non-existent customer service

I received an Easiload wheelbarrow as a present, but less than a year later one of the brackets that hold the axle snapped off. The weld had failed, but it was also clear that the design was at fault. The axle should go through the chassis, not a tiny bit of metal flimsily connected to the chassis.

I contacted the company repeatedly by email and telephone to ask for a replacement part. My emails were ignored, and each time I telephoned I was assured that they would be happy to help if I just sent an email. I do not believe they ever had any intention of helping me.

So, in short, dreadful product combined with non-existent/gaslighting customer service. Avoid these clowns and buy a properly designed and manufactured product.

Rubbish product & disgusting service

I bought a top of the range Endurance wheelbarrow from The Walsall Wheelbarrow Company and was promptly disappointed. During the trip home from the retailer most of the bolts had fallen out of the wheelbarrow! I I made 3 phone calls to the Walsall Wheelbarrow company and on each occasion the calls were answered rather rudely and gruffly by one of their call handlers. Every time I was promised that a set of replacement bolts would be sent out to me. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the bolts to no avail. I can only recommend that you give this company and their products a wide berth.
