This can and will change once I get the help I need. Had no problems with the site until yesterday. I live in Maine and the law changed here regarding sweeps play and it is about to be banned in 2 weeks. I was told through every communication from them that I had until July 14 to redeem and even was able to buy a package on June 29 which was the day before that was supposed to end. Went in yesterday to redeem and it won’t let me even though I’m supposed to have 2 weeks left. I’ve tried online support chats and emails and have received zero response. It’s like there’s nobody there. As soon as I can redeem this review will change accordingly. I’m really hoping I don’t get some auto-response saying to contact support about this matter because obviously if you’ve read this I have and that’s the normal response I get from these websites on here.
