Lovely and fun website. Beautiful and big selection of prints with great quality.
At first i was a bit skeptical regarding shipping after having several bad experiences with ordering from the UK since Brexit but everything went smooth and fine. Customer care was reliable and helpful and responsive.
This was my first time ordering and will order again, i can only recommend!

I love their selection of prints, am a repeat offender. Especially the Albers re-edition is very dear to me, the colours are wonderful and the paper quality is exactly right. Plus their customer service deserves it‘ s name, a problem i had was quickly brought to a satisfying outcome.

Had an issue with the delivery, and the Wrong Shop customer service team were amazing, took care of everything and communication was great at all times. (It's so nice to talk to actual human beings and not bots, too!)

Printed on heavyweight paper with beautifully vibrant colours, the work feels and is genuinely premium. As my hometown is Tenby, I couldn’t resist choosing the Martin Parr photograph. The customer service team were excellent and responded quickly to any questions I had. Great service and even better product

I’ve ordered from this shop before and have loved the prints — the quality and design are beautiful, which is why I felt comfortable ordering again. Unfortunately, this time I ran into a delivery issue, as my print was never delivered. Initially, the shop did not want to issue a refund because the item had not been returned.

However, the manager later reached out to me, explained the situation, and offered a full refund. I truly appreciate the follow-up and the effort to resolve the issue. Things happen, and what matters most is how a business responds - in this case, they made it right (they even offered a free poster for the delivery troubles). Because of that, I would consider purchasing from them again.

Sadly I have not had a good experience with their customer service. I ordered the 'Ropemask No.123' poster and unfortunately the colours are way more muted/dull than the vibrant picture on their website. I requested instructions on how to send it back for a refund on 23rd Feb. It's 12th March and still no reply (after me chasing 3 times). I can't seem to find a phone number for them. Hopefully they see this and get back to me soon.....

I’ve ordered several times from the Wrong Shop and the prints have always exceeded my expectations. The quality of the paper, the intensity and sheer depth of colour in the works shows how much effort goes into representing the artwork faithfully, these are not your average posters, they are far far better! Also gifted one to a good friend and he has now become obsessed with the Wrong shop. Highly recommend

I ordered a set of Bouroullec posters which arrived promptly and look great!

I then ordered another set as a gift for a friend and I mistakenly entered my own address. After a quick email to the wrongshop team, they swiftly updated the delivery address and avoided any delay or extra cost to me.

Very happy with my poster, the paper quality is really good quality and the colours are well printed.

I ordered the Ronan Bouroullec poster in May 2021 and still haven't received my order (today is 26 September, so it's been four months).

I cannot recommend The Wrong Shop since they indicate the wrong delivery time on their website (on the order payment page and in Terms and Conditions).

The support team is responding, but there seems to be no action, and there is no progress in finding a solution for my problem.

I will update my review after my issue is resolved.
