After seeing a post on IG

After seeing a post on IG, I decided to go to the Zaha's website. I was impressed with the prices of their "blank" denim jackets and jeans. I tried to find reviews about the company but couldn't find any, so I went back on Instagram. I could tell this was a real company based on their IG page so, I then placed an order on 2/7/22. I purchased 3 pairs of women's "blank "denim jeans, and 6 "blank"denim jackets. I ordered on Monday morning before the store opened and I selected 2-day shipping. I received my package on Friday 2/11/22 after staying on top of the company to get my order shipped. I was excited at first but became very disappointed once I opened the box and inspected each item. All but one jacket had holes next to the button on the back side. It appears that the buttons were placed, and then taken off and moved to a new location. The 1 jacket didn't have an issue with the buttons, but has a hard white substance on the collar. 2 out of 3 pairs of jeans were fine, but the last pair of jeans had printing in the waist band that said "Fair Trade Certified Factory" These items are supposed to be completely blank, so that they can be designed and resold. How can one design and resell something that has already been printed on? Also, one of the "blank" denim jeans had a tag that had been partially cut off, and The Zaha's tag was on the other side of the cut off tag...leading me to believe these clothes are being drop shipped. 1 pair of jeans also had some extra material behind the button. I have pictures to prove everything I'm saying. I communicated all of these issues with the guy who answers the phone and the live chat messages, and he made excuses for every complaint I had. I wanted to give them another try because if these items weren't defective, I think the quality is decent. So when the guy I spoke with acted like he wanted to fix the problem, I was okay with giving the company another chance. I spoke with this man on Friday 2/11/22 within 10 minutes of receiving my order and sent him pictures of everything I mentioned in this review. He was supposed to come up with a solution and get back to me. Now today Monday 2/14/22 I called him, because he didn't respond to my message on Saturday 2/12/22. When I asked him what he was going to do about my order, he said he's gonna figure it out and call me in a couple of hours. Now almost 6 hours later, here I am writing a 100% honest review. I also texted him and sent him a message through live chat before writing this review. I got no response. I even told this guy, that I understand issues come up, but it's how the business handles the issues. That's what makes difference to me. This a terrible way to do business. This is also why I'm writing this review. I can't be the only one who had this bad experience with this company. I wish someone would've written a review on this company to help others avoid this type of frustration. I rely on honest reviews, when shopping from other businesses. I would never write a review that isn't true. I even checked back to see if he responded to my message multiple times before posting this review. I was trying to give this company a chance. At this point, I just want my money back.
