So happy with the product , I thought it would be fair .i bought Root Touch Up Powder & Brush, and it’s absolutely fabulous . It came quickly .

The fibers do a good job and I have been a regular buyer for years, until now. When my last order did not arrive, I contacted their customer services who asked for my order no. Although I had had a confirmation email, I had not been given an order number, however it must have been in the system as I was asked for feedback on the order. When I sent relevant info and explained the situation, asking for the order to be put right or my money refunded, I was ignored. Surely a quick check of my unusual name against their records would have shown I had been a regular customer, one now with a legitimate complaint.
Since no further action appears likely on their part I feel perfectly justified to leave this negative review as a warning to others.
Received an email over three weeks advising they had not received my email despite it having a full activity report advising delivery and when read , they advised resend which I did not heard another thing back .
