I am a returning customer for a 3rd year because, at Think Insurance they always offer me competitive prices for my motorhome and the staff when you need to speak to them are always pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Today I had the pleasure of speaking about my renewal with Ellie, she answered all my questions with professionalism and quickly gave me answers that I understood clearly. The renewal process was quick and no issues. Thanks ☺️

It had increased which I never understand why when one makes NO claims but Ellie explained things so clearly.

I was helped by a man called Luke he was nice polite patient and explained everything well considering I’m a new driver I would feel overwhelmed with all of the information but he took time to explain it in detail and to simplify it I would recommend this insurance company?!

I've been with Think Insurance for a few years now and it's the personal unhurried way that they deal with their customers. Ellie in particular has been so helpful with my enquiries at renewal. She isn't pushy or abrupt, but listens to my concerns and responds with succinct, yet full answers to my concerns. As an older client I need more explanation than many and Ellie is great at turning jargon into plain language. I feel at ease and completely relaxed, so when I don't understand complex language, Ellie just turns it into plain speech and gives me the confidence to know I'm making the best decision for our circumstances. I had a insurance renewal phone call with Ellie and she was lovely! I only passed my driving test a few months ago and she made sure I knew what she was talking about, and was happy to go over anything I didn’t understand. She also explained all costs in a way I would understand without over complicating things, and in lots of detail!

As a new business I struggled to find an insurance that was suitable for us at a reasonable price until speaking to Tim at Thinkins. Tim was really helpful and patient, answering the many questions that I had.
