I am an iOS Freelancer and I worked with Harriet Ivie from Third Republic.
First of all, she helped me a lot throughout the process by representing me and providing as much useful details as possible. She ensured excellent communication and clarity between me and the client and kept both of us up-to-date. I ended up accepting an offer at a company I consider a great fit for my experience and expectations.

Adam Bose was my recruiter, and he is the man; Adam was eager to find me work within my requirements, and incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. Transparent, professional, constantly available, and personable as well. Oh yeah, and he got me in with someone that I ended up accepting an offer letter with, so add "successful" to that list as well. Although I am not eager to go back into the looking-for-work pool any time soon, I'd be stoked if Adam was the guy helping me in the future.

Adam was as candid and communicative as anyone could ever want. All the questions I had were answered quickly and honestly. I could not be happier with the process and the outcome.

I was thinking whether to add review or not, will this change anything. Eventually I feel it can help somebody, save somebody time and healthy. I was contacted by a recruiter from this agency - Olivia. From the beginning I felt there was something wrong. I know what recruiters need to know and how it looks after 14 years. She had many personal questions, but she didn't know too much about the role she was looking for. I felt she lied to me several times during the call and she just desperately wanted a CV so "their managers and clients would review and let me know". I told her clearly that I feel it looks like a "Fake Role", just to collect CV, personal details, more information about clients to contact. Also because of the NDA and GDPR I don't need to share some information and I don't believe they really have this role. I asked her to be transparent, because they will just send my CV everywhere to find a client. Of course she didn't come back with any constructive feedback. It is a very dishonest approach and we shouldn't pretend that it is OK.

I really had great experience working with Joe Pischel. He was very professional and he went over and beyond to help me get a great opportunity.
