I love this gym, I’ve been a member for over a year and I always enjoy going to the club. The teachers are fantastic, my favorite Pilates classes are with Trevor Schoonrad and Cassie Conway. I also love yoga with Joshua Leclair.

f you’re looking for a great health club, then Third Space Tower Bridge would be ideal to join with fantastic facilities. Worth noting welcoming Concierge and friendly staff. A large range of classes and great instructors. The changing rooms and spa area are kept clean and tidy.

I cannot recommend Third Space Canary Wharf enough. It has genuinly changed my life and how I see training, progress and recovery. Third Space is a gym (I wouldn't even call it that given how it compares to other 'gyms') like no other! The facilities: from top machines to recovery boots to spa spaces... you name it. The amount, variety, structure and QUALITY of the classes available. The staff, from those at reception to the instructors... what a warm and inclusive atmosphere they create. The instructors/coaches (I've mentioned it already but they need a separate point) - the quality, passion, dedication, motivation and inspiration they show is unbelievable. I've become such a better athlete because of them. Special shout out to Kerys Borg - what a woman, what a positive, inspirational and knowledgeable coach, what an athlete herself!! Thanks Third Space for having created and continue to create this wonderful space for our minds and bodies!

I really enjoy the space, equipment and particularly the reformer pilates classes. When I first joined in October 2025 the pilates instructors were amazing. But recently following the constant change of instructors it seems the level has to gone down I expect the highest level for the price payed and for having no pool like the other clubs. I wonder if the good instructors went to the new club in Chelsea or what..

Third space Richmond is a great gym. The instructors are all really nice and adapt to suit any injuries if required. The facilities are lovely and it feels a real treat every time I come!

Forced me to pay extra month while I decided to cancel while on maternity freeze. The gym itself was ok, but definitely too busy, under constant reconstruction (which made some facilities unavailable)

Third Space Richmond - Great club with fantastic facilities, staff are really well trained give you great guidance on use of equipment. Classes are always well organised and instructors are really motivational. Best gym I've joined in along time. Members are really friendly too, a great community!

Prefer to think of Third space as more of a Club, than just a gym, the ambience is fantastic!

Paying £265 per month for a “premium” gym only to discover that when a major facility closes for weeks, members are simply told to accept it and move on.

Third Space Battersea has closed its swimming pool for an extended period due to maintenance works. I completely understand maintenance has to happen. That was never the issue.

The issue is the complete refusal to offer any goodwill adjustment, partial refund or account credit whatsoever, despite the pool being a key part of the membership many people specifically joined for.

I raised the matter politely and reasonably through their complaints process and was repeatedly referred to their terms and conditions. Interestingly though, management later admitted compensation is discretionary, meaning they can compensate members if they choose to, they are simply choosing not to here.

The alternative offered was to travel to Wimbledon or Tower Bridge instead. That may sound reasonable on paper, but for members who joined Battersea specifically, this means extra travel time, inconvenience and additional cost, while still paying full premium membership fees.

What disappointed me most was the attitude throughout the process. There seems to be an assumption that members paying extremely high monthly fees will simply absorb reduced services without question.

For a luxury gym brand that markets itself heavily on member experience and premium service, the handling of this situation has been incredibly poor.

Facilities are good, but when problems arise, members appear to be taken for granted.

Joining Third Space Richmond has been an exceptional experience from the very first visit. The club is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and has an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between energising and welcoming.

The facilities are outstanding, the staff are consistently warm and professional, and the overall environment makes it incredibly easy to stay motivated. Third Space Richmond has set a new standard for what a gym experience should feel like.

I want to highlight Alanna, who made the entire joining process seamless and genuinely welcoming; her approach set the tone for everything that followed. And a huge thank you to Kavan, whose PT sessions have completely reshaped how I train. His structure, guidance and attention to detail have already made a noticeable difference, and I find myself looking forward to every session.

Well equipped gym with up to date machinery, great classes, clean spa & changing rooms. All the facilities are top notch!

Third Space Canary Wharf is the best gym in Canary Wharf and honestly one of the best gyms in the world. 🌎❤️🤲🏻🙏🏻♾️ I truly love this gym so much. The facilities are amazing always clean, modern, luxurious, and high quality. The atmosphere is fantastic and always motivates me every time I visit.

Third Space’s latest offering at the Whiteley is the jewel in their crown.

As an upscale gym it ticks all the boxes for what I’d expect…and at £290 a month, it is exceptionally good value for money.

Over the past decade or so, I have been a member of many of the fitness clubs in London that fall within the “luxury” bracket - and with some costing significantly more. And by comparison, Third Space at the Whiteley is way ahead in every aspect.

The personal trainers are amongst the most knowledgeable that I’ve come across. Maddie has been exceptionally helpful and supportive in my fitness journey.

There is an array of classes to satisfy the demands of members at every level, and with diverse fitness interests.

The front desk/concierge staff are literally at five star hotel standard. A special thank you to Michael, Atlanta and Harry who have all been swift to respond to questions and requests, and are always attentive to detail.

Wanted to start a membership there so booked a tour. They called me and started intrusively asking investigative questions, where I work, what I do, where I live and such.

Upon some research, found out they do this so they can better upsell stuff. Disgusting that they see customers as money cows they can milk.

I was already interested in your gym, all you did through this is raise red flags and make me walk away.

I have recently joined Third Space Richmond and now I think I spend more time there then I do at home. The club is always beautifully clean, you are always welcomed with a friendly smile from the concierge team and the instructors are always positive and happy to see you.

Special shout out to Sally O’Sullivan! Her expertise and knowledge combined with her encouraging and supportive words made the (really hard) class really enjoyable. Fitness spaces can feel really overwhelming and intimating at times but the team at TS remove that feeling and create a really inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Thank you to you all!

I have been a member since the Wimbledon club opened as I love coming to the gym. Staff on reception are always s friendly particularly Constantine , staff on the coffee bar and all the the various teachers who run the classes particularly Tyler, Caroline, Giselle, Jenny and Calista- the teachers are supportive, encouraging and welcoming of all abilities
