A quality piece of jewellery and excellent service.

I have now bought two brooches from Thomas Glover and both are just beautiful. Their website is the first place to check if I am looking for a particular antique jewellery in excellent condition as they often carry unique but wearable lovely pieces without standing out too much. I live overseas so have not actually visited their beautiful shop but the website is brilliant with clear descriptions and photographs. Very responsive and both shippings were quick and trouble-free. Having found a vintage engagement ring via Thomas Glovers website, I rang to make further enquiries, we planned to visit their shop on the Monday as this was my birthday and intended day to get engaged. Nightmare …. Catherine advised the shop was closed Monday’s, however she asked what we was looking for, when i explained she offered to open the shop just for us to visit and view the ring. How amazing, and so kind. Catherine and Andrew made us feel so welcome, the ring was exactly as described, after a small size adjustment to fit was posted out 2 days later. I’m absolutely thrilled with my ring, I cannot recommend enough if your looking for something not run of the mill. We will definitely be going back to order our wedding rings. Lovely genuine people. 10 out of 10.

I found a beautiful Edwardian pearl and diamond ring as part of a Google search in an attempt to replace a ring of mine that was stolen recently. The link brought me to the Thomas Glover website which was a (literal) treasure house of stunning jewellery. The website was very well designed and each item of jewellery was described in detail and there were plenty of great photos and videos of each item so you felt confident in purchasing the item. I did purchase the ring and it was (luckily) in my size but Thomas Glover offered a resizing service if I had requires it. I completed my online purchase on a Tuesday evening and received a personal email from one of the staff at Thomas Glover thanking me for the order and letting me know I would receive an email when the ring shipped. The service was exceptional and very quick and attentive - fantastic communication with the team and I received the ring within 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant and I am delighted with the ring. Highly recommended!
