I have been a Thomas client for 35 years, and my companies have received consistently excellent service and marketing guidance. Our Thomas consultant, Stefanie, is truly our marketing partner and works proactively to maximize our investment with Thomas.

Like many reviewers said, they lock you into a year contract because they know for a fact nobody would make it past month 3. Insane to pay over 250 bucks a month for a "listing" on a website very few people use anymore. I literally get more page clicks for free from google and google my business in a single day then i did from them in 6 months. But like me, plenty of people are desperate and fall for their incredibly well done sales pitch. The salesperson straight up lied his $#*! off on how we were ranking on google. He quickly diverted when i called him out. When you seem to be on the fence on whether to sign the contract or not they hit with the age old, "Oh we can't squeeze you in this month anyways we are full but i'll call my supervisor and see if we could make it happen" Yeah, i feel so dumb falling for that. When you complain to them they do pretend to be apologetic and will offer premium "upgrades" to your listing for free. Spend your money on a website or literally on anything else instead. I will say, the WebTrax tool is pretty interesting, but doesn't really result in any sales.
The only thing ThomasNet is used for anymore is companies using it to solicit YOU and contacting YOU to sell you something. Please, don't give these snake oil salesmen a single dollar. They are riding a sinking ship and milking it as long as possible.

We had an important customer complain that the Applications section of our website was not operating. We alerted ThomasNet and got an immediate response back from Isaac the team leader. Very quickly the team found the problem, repaired it and reported back on the fix. I find ThomasNet is very customer-focused, knowledgeable and innovative in their approach to problem solving.

Thanks to Thomas Publishing we found customers, in Germany, Japan, south Korea and now have customers all over the United Kingdom, Asia, and even the U.A.E. In the early 1990's Thomas Publishing with Top Floor developed our first website. Now we need help with our new website's SEO.

We've been advertising with ThomasNet for over 10 years and we get very good results. It is our main source of leads. Be sure to work with your Rep closely to ensure your company is in the correct and active categories! Their reporting functions are great for warm outbound leads.

We run a 20 million annual revenue business and spend about $6000 per month on internet leads with Google ad words and others. They are good at selling the service and good at collecting the money but give you not good with delivering results

in 3 months we had 3 leads and all bad leads and they were charging $1200 per month .. and then when it doesn't work , try and cancel they threatened court and hold you, hostage ..

Use google ad words it actually works .. this.is a bait and switch company
