This is not the Thomas Pink of yore. The shirts are surprisingly poor quality. Fabric very thin and of some sort of shiny material with a satiny fit. It gets crushed in minutes. Cut is a bit chunky pa... See more

What happened to Thomas Pink ?
Visited the "Flagship Store" today - small store with 2 uninterested staff. Needed a dress shirt which at £155 was double the price , but I expected the quality to match - wrong . Loose ends and felt like cheap material. Also it needed 5 studs which the guy agreed are normally sold in sets of 4 and they don't sell them anyway ! Exit shop no purchase and last visit after over 30 years as a customer.
Order #TPS14850 jumper had rips along…
Order #TPS14850 jumper had rips along several seams a few weeks in and had been worn twice. No response to email 3 days ago *AVOID*
Incompetent
They have no telephone number to complain to and do not respond to online complaints and emails. They have delivered my parcel to the totally wrong address, DPD have sent a [picture confirming it is not my address, the address does not correspond to the written order yet neither DPD or Thomas Pink will respond. I called the London Shop In Jermyn Street and the lady said she would chase them and still no response. I have probably 50 Thomas Pink shirts and I have only bought Thomas Pink Shirts for at least 10 years and I will never buy a short from them again. Their after sales service is nothing short of incompetent
No customer service
They should give you the opportunity to give no stats. No customer service, no way of getting in touch with customer service if there is an issue with your order. For the price this is absolutely not worth the headache. If you want to throw your money out the window shop here
Order never arrived, no customer support whatsoever
I ordered two shirts and a tie, seperate orders and both paid for next day delivery, and there has been no delivery (48 hours late now) and absolutely no communication from Thomas Pink.
There is no number to call and packages cannot be tracked.
Really disappointing and frustrating. I’m currently almost £300 out of pocket and the event I ordered the clothing in plenty of time for is tomorrow and I need to buy a shirt and tie somewhere else now!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! They will never reply
Terrible customer service & no shirts!
I ordered 2 shirts online for delivery in 3-4 business days. After 2 weeks I had not received the shirts - no response to multiple emails to TP’s customer services email - Royal Mail tracking says that the vendor has dispatched the parcel to them but it’s said this from day 1 without change. I have now started a dispute resolution with my bank for a full refund. Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing - TP shirts are expensive and I’d expect a quality of customer service commensurate with their claimed quality of their shirts. Will not be buying from them again. Avoid.
A total disgrace
A total disgrace. I’ve been a long-time fan of Thomas Pink shirts, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on May 16 and received no email confirmation or notification regarding delivery. I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. This is not the standard I expect from a supposedly premium brand. Keep away from these people — customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t value their loyal customers.
Poor quality shirts
Poor quality shirts. Poor fit. They charged extra import duties - not clear when I ordered. When I returned the repayment was delayed. Stay away
Do not buy from this company
I have contacted the fraud department of my bank as I have received neither the goods nor a refund for my order placed at the end of January 2025. I have emailed the TP Customer Service team twice and received no response; and sent a letter to the Directors of TP, again receiving no response. I have bought goods off TP for 40 years and been very pleased with my purchases but, following a reported recent change in ownership, shall never do so again given the way I am now being treated. It is nothing other than fraud.
Should have checked the reviews
Should have checked the reviews. They have somehow taken payment 3 times from my account and despite emailing them I have not received a reply. I did this through PayPal, so am hopeful they will sort but avoid buying from them.
Update on my earlier review
After 3 e-mails and submission of a full audit trail, I have now received my complete refund. Fair is fair so, thank you TP for processing this.
I do like the TP product and will purchase again. That said however, please sort out the customer service so as it reflects your own terms and conditions as published. The whole experience needs to be a good one, not just the front end selling.
£501 stolen by Thomas Pink!
Ordered 4 shirts - none fit or had a very good cut.
The order receipt indicated only 2 shirts were ordered so I did not want to return until I had received the correct invoice for fear of not getting reimbursed.
Emailed 6 times and tried calling UK number (doesn't work). In the end I gave up but never received a refund.
This is in effect theft by TP! Anyone else have advice for resolving this? If someone London-based gets the chance to visit their store and get info on what to I would be eternally grateful.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. This company should not be selling online. Bought a shirt, too small, returned it. No refund!? Emailed customer services many times, no response ever. Luckily PayPal stepped in and I eventually got refunded. Appalling customer service from Thomas Pink. But take a look at Companies House…..they are about to be struck off as a limited company. Do not trust them.
New ownership, fair and balanced review
I’ve bought Thomas Pink shirts for many years, through several of its phases and management changes. I have over 50 of their shirts, so wanted to bring some balance to the poor reviews I’ve read. The truth is their current manufacturer produces shirts of EXCELLENT quality, in my opinion better than all the old suppliers including the old imperial range from the UK. They stack up impressively against other premium shirt competitors such as T&A, H&K, Eton etc. and are in a different league from Charles Tyrwhitt and TM Lewin. I cannot recommend the product more highly purely on a quality basis. Deliveries are quick, with free returns (I know there have been issues getting RM labels although typically they get sent by email within a few hours). The company has just been bought by new US owners who are obviously getting up to speed, so I have 3 pieces of advice for them to start to bring this company back to its former glory: 1) Customer service - Sort out the customer service, which is practically non existent. There is no number to call, no response by email and no loyalty shown even to the best customers. This obviously lets down what is otherwise a great brand and is the principal reason for the negative reviews. Sack whoever is currently in the customer service role and hire someone who knows what they are doing. A poor experience leads to customers going elsewhere. 2) Product fit - Tailored fit is described as a half way house between classic and slim, however is much tighter than the old slim fit shirts. I shudder to think how people get into the new slim or even athletic fit shirts, unless it’s a labelling error! So I’d work on the sizing and fits to be more in line with the older products and appeal to your traditional customers. 3) Range - Focus on the traveller and non iron range. This was always a best seller, although the range has since practically dried up in recent years. People don’t like shirts creasing so focus on improving the range and availability of crease resistant shirts. In summary, TP has some genuinely top quality products which is why I keep coming back, and it has vast potential, however it has been hindered by management changes and terrible customer service recently. Hopefully we will start to see an improvement soon. I wish the new owners best of luck and hopefully can turn the tide of these reviews. If they want some more tips or insight, get in touch!
Don’t Touch !
I bought 3 shirts which arrived but I have sent 2 back & have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks with no acknowledgement or refund . Will

Unlike most reviews
Unlike most reviews, I bought my garments in store so had no problems with any online experience.
I bought a couple of shirts and although they feel nice, they crease almost immediately in all places. I don't like non-iron shirts as I normally get a rash from them on my neck, so always expect some degree of creasing - however this was on another level. Bending the arm once causes huge creases all along the arm that basically stay there the whole day. Given the price of these shirts, I would expect a bit better.
Buy From This Company At Your Own Risk
Buy From This Company At Your Own Risk - I have bought several shirts from this company since the new owners took over - I believe in 2021. Recently however, I bought two shirts and sent one back as it was too small. Never received a refund. Chased their customer service team multiple times but no response whatsoever. Effectively, they have simply retained the goods and failed to refund. Interesting to note from their filing record in Companies House that their accounts are also delinquent....probably a bad sign. This was once a great brand and it is sad to see it operating in such a shoddy and chaotic (dishonest?) manner. One can only assume it will go bust like most retailers who take their clients for mugs and don't behave ethically.
Thomas Pink - Appalling
Thomas Pink - appalling ... So my order was only ever part delivered. Despite numerous emails to find out why. Nothing. So I will now take up with my bank.
I would caution anyone to engage with this once fabulous brand. Goodbye Thomas Pink.
No refund and no customer service
Wish I had read this thread before purchasing…returned shirts were received on 3 January, still no refund and no response to my many emails to the customer service alias. Resorting to my bank to try and reclaim the money. Hope the authorities are taking note as the evidence appears to be piling up.
