Although it was a bit of a wait, which was understandable, because it came from far away, and I am quite impatient at times.

infinity bracelet disappointment
I bought the beautiful infinity bracelet (Product no.: A2176-051-14-L19V order number C5648356 ) for my wedding yesterday and it broke within a few hours of wearing it for no known reason. Very disappointed as I would like to have had it as a wedding day memory.

Tarnished after one wear
I bought the colourful palm tree and cactus bracelet and I am so disappointed. I absolutely love the design but I have only worn it once for a couple of hours and the bracelet has tarnished! I understand that these things happen over time, but this happened after a first wear! I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I would avoid buying anything from Thomas Sabo. It’s clearly overpriced, low quality goods. Avoid wasting your money.

Sizing issue
Love the ring’s design it’s very beautiful and intricate. However, I ordered this in a size slightly larger but when it arrived it was too small. Very disappointed with the sizing as this was very expensive and a gift.

I have now found my purchase, in my back garden soaking wet from rain. This was no fault of Thomas Sabo but the delivery driver. The bracelet is beautiful, and i am so pleased with it.
I have still not received my purchase, even though it stated delivery expected yesterday. Also stated delivery today Wednesday 6/8/25. I am still waiting for said purchase.

Cheep looking silver charm bracelet
I have bought a few items from Tomas Sabo now and have always been so pleased but my latest purchase, although looks beautiful, it doesn't have the same quality feel. The silver on three bracelet looks really cheep almost plastic like☹️ not like the silver in the images on the TS site where I chose from. Personally disappointed but this is for my wife for our Pearl wedding anniversary and haven't got time to replace.
Who knows, she may like it or what I'm worried about, might just be polite and say that she loves it?
