I rate this agency as they always get me some work and the staff are nice to talk to.always paid on time would recommend if you struggle to find work or have difficulty with interviews. As I do and agency’s are the best option.

Don’t trust these people with your data. They will keep data without consent and this is a fact! 3 years they did it to me and god knows if they don’t get consent what other rules don’t they follow. I have. Court case against them and will update when I can

I contacted Thorn Baker on Monday of this week regarding a local FM role that I was interested in. I spoke to a consultant who asked me to text her my name and e-mail address to start the registration process. There has been no further contact since then, despite sending two e-mails, trying to call her mobile on multiple occasions, and even calling the main company number. The main number redirects callers to an answering machine, so I left a message but there has been no response after 24 hours. It is now Friday and there has been no progress. It's also Halloween, but I feel as if I've been 'ghosted' all week.

[Edit: To be fair, this company have since contacted me, apologised for the delays and lack of communication, and answered my queries relating to this role.]

I like this Agency a lot.I have had a lot of jobs off them over the years and found all the team members very helpful.I would like to give a special shout out to Matt at the Nottingham office for his help. Always available for a chat which is a nice thing.

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with once you have started a contract. Emails get ignored and calls unanswered or returned.

This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with regarding communication
