Do not buy from this company. Only half my order arrived and they're refusing to respond to my request for a replacement or refund. Very poor delivery times also.

My delivery turned up sixteen working days after I placed the order, and only half of it was there! I've asked them how to get a refund for the missing item but I'm not holding my breath because their customer service was really poor when I asked for an update on where it was. So more than likely I've just been completely ripped off!

This is a drop shipping website where the pictures look amazing and the prices look good for the items. However no communication when orders don’t turn up. Shipped items are just cheap tat and only arrived after AMEX stepped in. Steer clear if buying from this website

****Avoid**** this company, 20days later still have not received my order. No response to my emails. My bank is now handling this situation.

Do not buy from this company. My order didn't arrive. I emailed them but they didn't respond. Eventually cancelled my order but didn't refund my money. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back

Ali Express drop shippers - not an independent UK company as their website makes them out to be

Scam company!!! Do not order from Thorne & Rae. I bought from this company expecting to be ordering from an independent business, with how the website was presented. The earrings I have bought are really nice and seem durable. This is all great but they charged £20. I image searched the product and the exact same earrings I bought came up for £1.90. This company is dropshipping from Ali Express. Do your research before buying from any website.

Took weeks to come and it’s a piece of crap! Don’t order from this scamming company!

Spent a long time waiting for item to be shipped, only to realise when it was delivered that it came from China… not a UK company! Dropshipping obviously.

The bracelet was pretty but broke after only one wear! Can’t return it as tags not attached. Very poor quality.

DO NOT waste your money on buying anything from Thorne and Rae.

Something is not right here. Ordered a bracelet under the impression it would be here reasonably quickly as a UK based company. I emailed to ask where it was and got a dispatch email with a tracking number...only EVRI have been waiting for it for a while now...it's all a bit fishy if you ask me. I have re sent another email and waiting a response, which I am not hopeful for.
I was going to place a bigger order, but glad I didn't now.
I hate the fact that they have my hard earnt money and I have nothing in return.
I would definitely stay away.

Unfortunately first and last time I will use this company. They are registered with a London business address but all items they ‘sell’, just come shipped from China and aren’t worth price!
I ordered a bracelet for a friend, on the 10th December as a Christmas gift, after a week, the item still hadn’t been dispatched, until I chased up via their instagram requesting confirmation or refund. I then recieved a response to say email their customer services, and shortly after got a dispatch note. The item arrived today, 19 days after purchase. Had I have known it was coming from China, I would not have ordered. Embarrassing that I could give my friend her gift and had to buy something else last minute!

Saw these advertised on Instagram loved the look of all there jewellery..
Ordered bracelet on black Friday as was offered discount..
Paid through PayPal got no email from Thorne itself..
Chased them up left message on Instagram they said DM them have done still nothing..
I've reported them to instragram as looks like scammers

Dodgy to say the least, i purchased an item for £18.99 on the thorneandrae website it states that orders will be processed usually between 1-7 days, 10 days past in the meantime I sent a couple messages to info @ thorneandrae.co.uk just asking when I'd expect to receive my order or even a tracking number. No response so I sent another message to the contact us page on the website which states we will get back to you within 2 days but again no response. Whether this company is legitimate or not I'd stay well clear coz they don't have any customer service and just take your money without sending what you've ordered, incompetence comes to mind or just straight up scammers I've made the mistake of ordering through these cowboys so you don't have to.

This company is a FAKE! What I ordered was not as advertised as on the website, the quality was shocking, I sent pictures of the fake product and numerous emails asking for a refund but the emails I received back, one which took 2 weeks to get a reply were not acknowledging that the necklace I got was not the same as the picture online. Do not order from this company!!

Ordered a pair of evil eye hoop earrings on the 12th as a present for my girlfriend, expecting them to arrive sometime between the 19th and the 26th because their website stated delivery times as 5-15 working days. What the website failed to make clear is that orders are shipped from China 5-15 working days AFTER they’ve been processed and sorted. I asked for an update a couple of weeks later and it took them 4 working days to respond, telling me only that they the order had been processed and included a link to a third party app to track my order. I then emailed back another week later to ask for an update on my order and received no response. I now finally have my order on 5th, almost 4 WEEKS after ordering. Their customer service is very poor and I would not recommend buying anything from them unless you want to wait ages for a very average product.

My order arrived today on the 15th working day. To say I’m disappointed by the quality is an understatement…nowhere near what the pictures on your website advertise. I bought it for a present but I’m too embarrassed to give it to her. The colour of the threads is nowhere near as bright, thread quality poor and the beads on the end are plastic rubbish. Not what I was expecting for £16, I’d say it is more worth £2!!
Need to read Trustpilot before ordering from a company advertised on Instagram. .co.uk website, clearly from China due to packaging. Do not order!!!

Saw their products on instagram, loved them and was happy that they presented themselves as a UK company. After waiting over a week, I chased the order and found out the products get shipped direct from China. This is raising a red flag as I felt a bit misled as I chose products that did not state this.
Delivery was stated 5-15 days, it has now been 20 days and when I tracked my order on the shop app, it says the carriers are waiting for shipping details. I have tried contacting the company by email and via instagram but the only response I got was that it was shipped. Buyer beware.
