An excellent company who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Their 'bottomless bowl' ordering system is great, you can choose how regularly or not to have the food delivered without having to go online and order again. They offer the better quality foods and treats which saves sifting through the hundreds you want to avoid. Only one gripe and that is with the DPD driver who made an offensive remark to me when I asked him to lift the very heavy order over my doorstep. I challenged him the next time he came but he denied what he said. Hey ho! not this wonderful Company's fault.

When we first rescued our dog Fritz from the RSPCA we had problems with his digestion and honestly we could have hired him out to clear riots (if you know what i mean!!) Contacted Sally who recommended a change in his diet which we followed and from then on we had no issues and our purchases of air fresheners diminished. We now get our food delivered by Sally and Fritz knows when it's due as he inspects the whole box to make sure it's all there. Absolute brilliant service and would recommend it to everyone.
I wasn't sure at first when ordering dog food from Thoughtful Pets as there was no review about this company at all (apart from 107 likes on Facebook) but thought I'd give it a try. The transaction was easy and I could even choose the delivery date to suit us; I ordered the food on Friday and picked Tuesday for delivery as we were out all day on Monday, and the food has just arrived (Tuesday). I am very happy with the service and will definitely use this company again, highly recommended!
