It's difficult to know where to start with this business but we have had such a bad experience, which continues to be a problem for us even after not renewing our contract. I would avoid at all costs.

Giving this company 1* is a stretch. It deserves none. The business development team are an absolute disgrace and have had no relationship management training when you sign up for a paid subscription.
Cancelled Event last minute with no communication with attendees or business partners who had paid to be there. Travel costs had been paid and time was spent travelling to the event, only to be met with a confused receptionist (who is not at fault at all!) when people asked where the event was.
Had multiple emails advertising (on a weekly basis, even after I had signed up!) I attend the event but absolutely nothing saying the event was cancelled...
