Went into store this afternoon as I had just had my phone stolen by pickpockets. I have been with Three customers for years and always get good services. However Hao is absolutely on different level of excellent customer service.

Stacy in the Cambridge store was outstanding. She really went above and beyond in helping deal with a very confusing and irritating problem with my contract I’ve had over several years.
