Kendall was really friendly and attentive with myself and my aunt when my aunt was buying a new phone. She explained all the steps and set up the new phone for my aunt and made sure she knew how to use the new phone as well as explaining anything she had to sign into on the new phone. She set up my new phone and showed me hot to use the main features of the phone.
