Totally disfunctional customer…
Totally disfunctional customer service/tech support. BH15 area in Poole, Dorset had excellent broadband, up until 2 months ago. Even though it was usually 4G and not 5G as advertised, But now it's very unreliable on speed and frequently no internet service at all for random days. I've given up with this failing company, time to get a decent internet provider.

I’ve been a Three UK customer for about 8 years now. More recently I’ve had several occasions to visit the Poole branch for technical assistance. The staff there are always extremely helpful.
